Jun 14, 2015I have the t mobile galaxy s6 and the switch for private mode disappeared from the quick settings menu!!? I'm confused I had no update or anything?

Jun 17, 2015My private mode isn't working! I've had my phone (s6) for 6 weeks tops, it doesn't give me a chance to do my finger print says it is unable to verify as soon as I try to turn on private mode, then I try my pin and says incorrect password entered 5 times, when I have entered the correct password one time! Is there any way to fix this?

May 4, 2015I have only had my samsung for a week. I am an iphone convert. In getting to know my phone I set up a pw for the private mode. I moved a few photos into the private folder and when the phone shut off private mode did as well. Now I cannot remember my password and there is no fingerprint backup.
Samsung supports response Keep trying paswords. I realize I should have written it down, but I was slightly overwhelmed moving to android. There has to be a way to retrieve.

Dec 9, 2015So, I had about 9 gig worth of files (pics/video) in the Private Folder using the Privacy mode on my S5. I wanted that space back, so I moved the files out of privacy mode to another location, then deleted them.
However, the stupid phone is still reserving that 9 gig worth of space in that folder. It shows as "other" in the "my file" and es browser app and when I plug the thing into a computer, windows shows that the private "disk" has 9 gig of used space, even though it is empty.

On two of them, we have option to toggle the home screen picture between stationary (screens slide across the picture) and spread out (larger picture that moves when changing screens). On one of the phones, the toggle switch just isn't there. If I use 3 home screens, for example, and have a picture with 2 people in in it, I have to slide to the next screen to see the other person. If I use one home screen, the picture will resize to that screen. How do I get the toggle to appear on this phone?

Mar 14, 2010So this just recently started happening. When I slide the switch down (thus putting the phone on vibrate) it'll freak out and go back and forth between loud and vibrate. Touching the screen or the phone causes it to switch back and forth as well (i'll vibrate to signal). The other day the physical switch showed it was on vibrate but it was audible and playing sounds. Sep 2, 2014I have purchase iphone 5 from fido (Toronto, Canada). Recently, I have it unlocked it from therm(fido) and changed my provider to wind mobile who supports 4G (LTE) . My data and voice works fine with them (Wind Mobile) using 3G but I don't see the LTE enable/disable toggle option and therefore I'm not able to connect to their 4G network. I have 3G enable/disable toggle so seems like the option is no more available to me.
