Jun 25, 2015So I took a video of me shooting a paper ball and slightly missing a trash can from my Galaxy S6 using the slow motion feature. I took that video and transferred it to my computer to edit it and put Chariots of Fire as the background music. I saved that file, keeping the exact same file type (MP4) and transferred it back to my phone. However, now when I view it on my phone, the video is the fraction of the size even though the dimensions still say 1280 x 720. When I press the full screen button, it enlarges but only vertically. I've tried converting it to H.624 and I'm normally pretty good at figuring this stuff out but I've hit a wall.

Dec 16, 2015I have a Galaxy S6 edge on T-Mobile and juts noticed this morning that whenever I attempt to record a video I get a warning stating "The video codec is currently being used by other applications..."
Is it possible to determine which application has it in use? I've closed all running applications which didn't resolve the problem. Restarted the phone without starting any other applications before the camera and that failed. I'm not seeing any information about this issue in the couple of searches I've done so far but wonder if it's an isolated issue or something common.
Short of a Factory Reset, which I'm not fully opposed to doing, is there a potential solution?

When the 'camera' button does show up on the call options, my phone freezes, or it doesnt show up at all. Dec 25, 2012I bought a Lumia 900 for my girlfriend. She really wants video calling, and while, my phone is capable of it, it doesn't have the comfort of skype, so we have no choice but to use 3G+ video calling through the operator, which should be fine with my subscription, except, her Lumia doesn't seem to work with this variety of video calling. .
I can use my phone to video call other phones, but not a Windows Phone. Our operator's Customer Service agents aren't exactly familiar with Windows Phone, so they seem clueless. I can't resort to Skype-to-operator type of calling, because then I'd have to pay for Skype Credits AND her 3G. .
In a nutshell, I need ideo calling without using Skype or Tango.

Now I installed Skype on the 5630 and can do the "Skype testing call" w/o problems via WLAN, but I'm not sure how to activate the video function. Does it work? If so, how? Or do I have to use SIP for video telephony instead of Skype?

May 23, 2012Why video call are not possible on xperia ray ? All 3G networks include now 3G video call at the same price as classic call. I mean by "video call" real video call, not call using internet network (over WIFI or 3G) that needs special application on both mobile phone (google talk, face time).
Video calls allows to call any mobile phone. These feature was a standard before android. My old Nokia supports it. So why SE android phones doesn't support it whereas Samsung allows it? Moreover, if video call are not supported front camera is useless whereas nearly all old 3G phones can uses video call.
