Galaxy S6 :: How To Collect Emails From Several Accounts In One App

I am new to my Samsung S6, and was feeling good that I was able to create a Gmail IMAP account in the "Google" app, 2 accounts in the "Personal (POP3)" app, and one account in the "Email" app. Then I discovered that only the "Email" app shows up on my desktop and I have to open 3 different apps to look for email. Is there a way for me to "import" those other accounts into "Email" app? It looks like I might be able to start from scratch and enter all of the settings (which wasn't a short procedure), but I've read of problems encountered (e.g. disappearing emails from server, etc.)
1. Which app will produce the most user-friendly email app?
2. How to import existing account settings (created under "Accounts" in settings)?

My phone is only storing abnout a weeks emails. I've never had it set to delete or only show so many eamils.Is it deleting them or just displaying only so many? On my old 8520 it had emails going back over a year!

suddenly 5 of my emails address disapeared, and when i try to add new accounts it says " checking for updates" and then your connection to the mobile network is turned on but you are not in a wireless coverage.

So, Ive had my blackberry for a few months now and it was working fine but then earlier today it stopped receiving emails... I have 3 emails linked two hotmail and one Gmail...I have deleted and re added the emails and still nothing the odd email comes through. I'm in the UK have a curve 8250 and my network is Virgin Mobile.

I got my Win10 phone today - everything is set up as it should but i cannot get any sound on incoming emails to ANY of my accounts.
Some googling shows that this has been a bug for quite some time.

For some reason I am unable to reply to emails with one my email accounts. To be more specific I can type in my response but when I hit the menu the send option is gone. The only choices I get are "save as draft" and "full menu".
I used the search but was not able to find a solution.
I am thinking this started to happen when I DL'ed v5.0.0.602. I tried practically everyone option available. I did the following in hopes for a fix:
- battery pull
- service books
- deleted the email account & re-added
I even did this combo: service books, deleted account, service books, added account & pulled battery.

Thursday I didn't get any emails from my external email accounts (Yahoo, Hotmail, Work) until 11:40PM Pacific then I got a whole days worth. Since then I haven't received anything.My phone works, text messaging works, the brower works, I can see the emails when I go to the websites on the PC or BB Browser. Facebook (no notifications though because they come through email) and Twitter apps work.I sent a test email from my BB from my yahoo account to my hotmail account and it did send.I have taken the battery out and restarted it. There arent any errors or anything I'm just not receiving the emails.

So, I am based in UK and managed to "Reserve and collect" a 32gb iPhone 4g. However, on my confirmation e-mail, at the bottom, it says:
Pre-authorization does not guarantee iPhone availability at an Apple Retail Store. iPhone is sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Your reservation is valid for pick-up only at the Apple Retail Store that you selected. If you do not collect your selected item on the specified date, your reservation will be cancelled and the item will be returned to stock.
My dilema is it's going to take me 2+ hours and lots of expense to get to the store on the 24th, the last thing I want to do is turn up at lunch time (about when i'd finally arrive) to find out they've sold mine / sold out.

When you view your email through the preinstalled apps, either Hotmail or Google. When you viewed them and deleted them then return to your email on a PC/Desktop the emails you've deleted are still there?

I have been receiving absolutly no help from my local SPRINT representatives and I am about ready to throw my blackberry out the window.I received a replacement phone for my blackberry that has a missing part and I was able to sycronize all things from the old blackberry 8330 onto the new blackberry 8530.problem is that I am not getting my emails now! When I go to set up wizard, I am not given the options to set up new accounts or to delete accounts, just to sign in and when I do, the log in and passwords are not correct even though they are.

I have two hotmail accounts that I receive e-mails from. I was successfully able to add one but not the other. The one that worked is a .com account where as the other is a .ca account. They both used to work just fine on my S3.
I tried the stock e-mail app and g-mail. Neither work. I tried adding it as an Exchange Account, IMAP and POP3. No luck. Tried modifying the connection/server settings, still nothing. Even downloaded a third party app (Nine) but that didn't work either. Nine did however lead me to a tool that told me that the account can't be set up as an exchange although I don't really understand why.

Is it possible when I say, for example, "Ok Google. Send an email to dad," that I can use one of my non-Gmail accounts to send it? I have my Comcast email signed in under Gmail, but it always defaults to my Gmail account I never use, and when I select the icon in the top right that says "Send this email with...," that is the only option.

In the settings screen, all my accounts, my gmail accounts are listed as not synced. When I try to manually sync them nothing happens. They still say unsent. What can I do to fix it?

under settings -> data usage i enabled "limit backgroud data" for google play service..
Today i found that my address book it was not syncing with gmail, so i try to do it manually but it just gave me a RED ! saying that an issue occurred..
I tryed on 2 different google account several times and it did non sync when i connect the phone to my wifi network it synced without issue..
I am not sure if limiting background data for google play service is the problem but i don't know how to remove that settings under data usage i can't see it any more..

I have recently switched to Android after 8 years as a BlackBerry user. BlackBerry had a central hub--one inbox--where my three personal email accounts, my work email account, my SMS messages, Facebook, Twitter, and other social media all appeared. All messages of any sort came to this central location. Is this possible with my Galaxy S6 Edge? So far, I have my personal email accounts in one box, my work email (we use Google Apps) in another, and my SMS in a third. I don't mind keeping social media out of this inbox, but it would be nice to get all the other incoming messages 'under one roof.' All accounts considered, I receive 100 messages a day on average. A central location for these would be nice. I've been told that what I want to do isn't possible on an Android device, but I hoped for a second opinion.

I'm not able to add any Instant Messaging accounts at all. Every time I try to add an account through the Social Hub and through the IM app, I get "Error Occurred".I was able to add Gmail and hotmail but I can't add any of the IM programs such as Windows live messenger and Google Talk.My phone is factory unlocked, stock kernel XWKF3.I tried calling Samsung for support, and they just told me to send the phone back, but I know it's not a problem with the phone.

I updated my Sprint Galaxy S5 to Android 5.0(Lollipop). A feature of 5.0 was supposed to be support for multiple user accounts and to let a friend login with his/her gmail account and use the phone if they broke/forgot there's. I've searched the settings page and all and haven't found this feature on my S5. Am I doing something wrong or was this left out on purpose.

I just got the s2, and i have 4 email accounts (2 work, 1 hotmail, 1 gmail). I have them configured and working, but they are all under the standard mail app (white envelop with blue @). When I get a new message, this icon will show how many unread messages there are. But, it shows for all of my accounts. I'm trying to have separate apps/icons for each email address that'll show some type of "unread messages" notification on the icon itself. Came from a blackberry and i had 4 individual accounts setup, each would have a red star if there was an unread msg in that account. I tried the hotmail and the gmail apps but they don't seem to show anything like this either.

I just got a Galaxy S6 Edge and it isn't vibrating when I get an email to my main inbox. It is vibrating as it should for texts and calls, but not emails. However, it is updating when I get an email to my junk email. Over the last couple days I've had a couple loaner phones (due to my provider sending the wrong phones) and the S5 I had was vibrating when I got emails but neither the S6 or S6 Edge (which I have now) would vibrate for emails. Is there some setting I need to change so I get emails to vibrate?

I'm using my S6 edge with a hosted Exchange account and the default Samsung e-mail app. I have a number of e-mails (currently, 14) in my in-box that will not be deleted on my phone. If I delete them on the phone, they reappear there later! The same messages do not appear anywhere else when I access my Exchange account (Outlook, iPad, etc.) So, it is definitely something specific to the phone's e-mail app. (I've used three previous Samsung phones without this issue.)

I set up my 2 business email accounts with IMAP, everything worked fine for about 2 weeks, then my default account would not consistently download emails, so I could see them on my laptop inbox but nothing on the phone, then the IMAP sync function on the default account would not work from my laptop to S6, it would work the other way, so i can delete or move emails into my various folders via mt S6 but not via my laptop.
The strange thing is that he secondary email account works fine, receives email fine, IMAP works and syncs fine all working good. So I decided 2 days ago to delete both email accounts and set up again, everything worked fine but today its back to the original status of my default account not syncing from my desktop/laptop. The settings for both email accounts are the same.
The phone is primarily used for business and i get over 200 emails a day.

I bit the bullet and got an S5 today! I set up my Exchange email account on it and emails are NOT pushing to my device. I have SYNC on and set to PUSH. I know the issue is not with my exchange service as the emails are pushed immediately to my other devices (an iPad and an iPhone) but not to my S5. I only see the email if I manually sync. How can I rectify this?
