May 13, 2015I don't have an access to the hidden menu from the dialer on my galaxy S6 , so the command susch as *#06# and any other keys they don't work ....

Oct 30, 2014My child dropped my phone from the top of the stairs, and my screen will not display anything it has several hair line cracks on the screen.- if i swipe my fingerprint i can hear the phone opening but again display doesn't work. I have removed all my pictures and files that are visible to an external hard drive, all is left to access is the pictures and files i have in private mode. I wish to remove these before sending phone back, its essential i retrieve these hidden folders. Is there any possible way to gain access from my pc???? i can swipe my finger to unlock phone but thats it.

Jun 1, 2015I recently upgraded my s3 to a s6. But now im struggling to find the menu buttons in-app.. like on my s-planner app.. i want to update my calender on it but i cant find the menu on it. Normally i pressed my left touch button to open it but now it opens a multi-window.
Ive been googling for an answer but i couldnt find a solution for it. Ive read that there should be some sort of a little 3-dot button to access the menu but i only see that in half of my apps.

Aug 11, 2012Recently I have updated my Xperia Pro phone to ICS. After this update both phone dialer and contacts menu opens very slow. It takes 4 to 8 seconds depending on phone congestion to open it i.e. when you hit the phone icon on menu first appers a black screen and than only few minutes after you can call someone. It is a bit uncomfortable when you try call someone, especially if it is urgent, your phone's primary function doesn't work fast. And phone's physical qwerty keyboard changed to azerty.

Aug 13, 2014I love my Nexus 5. It's blazing fast and does everything I need but I have one small problem with it. In the latest update (4.4.4) Google updated the Dialer App. The UI is amazing but there's a thing about the app that annoys me a lot.
I have set 5 of my closest friends which I call a lot on Speed Dial/Favourites.
However, every time I call anyone else in my contacts they automatically get added to the same Speed Dial menu and I have to manually clear those by clicking "clear frequents" or removing them one by one. Is there a way to disable this annoying feature?

The lock is "deleted" not "Hidden" from my menu LOCK PICTURE: and when i keep pressing on A key the telephone will lock but when i press any key after it locks, message appears which says that i have to click on mute key to unlock but when i click on the mute key it doesn't unlock. I deleted the password and I still have the same problem.

May 16, 2012I installed MobileVoip and Viber in my HTC One X.When I call a number from:
- default dialer,
- the contact list
- or Dialer widget
I don't get the option menu "Complete action using" to select Dialer, MobileVoip or Viber. Look at the attached screen-shot (from my previous Galaxy Note). To use MobileVoip or Viber, I have to dial the number in those apps.I already checked the details of the 3 apps (with a phone icon) in SETTING > APPS > ALL APPS tab. And none has default action, the button "RESET DEFAULT ACTIONS" is deactivated (non click-able).This menu "Complete action using" appears for other type of action, like opening a .LOG file or a .PDF file.The missing menu "Complete action using" when dialing:

May 6, 2012Why is this happenning? I am facing lot of problems in my SE Neo V mobile. I updated my phone officially last week. The problems are serious and so irritating. The older version of android 2.3.4(Gigerbread) was gud when compared to this newer version of ICS. I am Facing these problems.
1. My phone dialer is too slow and takes more than 5 econds to open a dialer.
2. Unable to forward messages since it gets stuck in the contacts adding option itself when I use the forward option. And it must be Switched off and On to get back to home screen. Or else i cant message any 1 else.
3. Anything being copied to any folder using Computer show a message saying that The device is currently being stopped and cannot copy files.This is the most irritating part that i encounter always.
4. Any game like HD is not woking. It either crashes down or the application doesn't get opened at all.
can anyone please tell me How to fix these errors?? I am really Facing so many problems like these with the newer Version of Android ICS 4.0.3.And i read that using sony PC companion and also update service setup v could fix these bugs.. But doing this will expire the warranty of my phone??

May 22, 2012I just installed Kaspersky mobile, and after a scan I've seen more than 18000 jpegs in E:system, a folder that I cannot access from phone or via Nokia Suite. Is there any way I can browse that folder and delete unwanted files? I think I got lots of useless files there after I installed Nokia Belle since lots of applications dissapeared. Also, I'm trying to see the hidden process that runs on my phone and I have no idea how because that dont shows in the application list. I dont know how to free more space on C: , got 46 Mb free and I dont know to free up more space.

Galaxy S5 :: Dialer Unresponsive During Calls?
Oct 17, 2014My dialer looks like that. I have the latest kitkat 4.4.4. I do not have access to my dialer at all during calls. I've factory reset twice and hard reset once already. Safe mode does not support much, it did for a very brief period. Then, became useless. It's Galaxy s5 G900V Factory Unlocked, paid full price.
Side Node: During my calls (using T-Mobile Sim) my signal drops from 4G LTE to no bars during my calls, I've done resets and if I'm lucky on my first call during reset it'd let me user the dialer pad. Afterwards, no luck forever more!

Mar 16, 2015All I did was modify my contacts settings to display contacts according to "custom settings" (instead of displaying contacts from ALL ACCOUNTS) and random contacts seemed to be ignored by the keypad lookup. When I would switch to the "Contacts" tab of the dialer and type out the name/ keyword, the same contact I was searching for WOULD be found. I even changed back to "All contacts" in the select contacts to display settings, but that didn't work.
An example of what I'm experiencing: when searching for a restaurant called "Second Grill", I would type in Grill using the keypad, and 6 other restaurants with Grill in their name popped up, but not Second Grill. When I typed in "Grill" in the contacts tab, "Second Grill" did show up as expected. Before changing the contacts settings at all, I know the lookup for Second Grill worked because I used it regularly.
I next went to Settings --> Applications --> Application manager and found 3 different "Phone" apps and cleared the cache of each one. Still didn't work. I did not try "Clear Data" for each one, as I was warned this would delete the application files (that didn't sound like what I wanted to do).
Galaxy S5 :: Screen Does Not Show Dialer Buttons / Mute Button
Apr 28, 2014Attached image shows that when I make a call or receive it, my screen does not show dialer buttons, mute button, or the additional caller/conference button. I have looked at all different settings that I could think of but can't seem to fix this. I have tried this using headset as well as speaker phone.
I was able to bring up dialer button (only) if I go to home screen during the call and open up phone again. This time I can use the dialer buttons but still no mute or conf buttons.

Feb 8, 2010Alright my LG VX8700 carrier is Bell Mobility, the problem is I cannot access the service menu using the methods described for a Verizon 8700 (##PROGRAM8700) DOES NOT work for me. What happens when i type this in is nothing, my phone tries to call the number. I've been researching all day, to get to the service menu on a Bell Mobility phone its supposed to be ##123456 followed by another # key , with the six numbers being your personal msl or unlock code, from Bell. Basically what I need some ideas for what I could do, I've already tried LGDownloader and it doesnt find a model number for my phone. My other idear is more social, being I call Bell and convince one of the cs reps to give me my unlock code that is used to program your phone when you first get it, the problem being they most likely wont just tell you ( need to edit my proxy for WAP that i've purchased hopke.net). I was reading another thread that says to lie and say like, I was in the process of changing my phone number and then my phone restarted or something.
