No Lte Option in mobile networks, there is WCDMA/GSM but no Lte ...
I recently got my S5 and my data connectivity has stopped working after I took a flight. I had enabled flight mode on and turned it off when I landed. I'm still in the same country. Before this, I used to only be able to connect to H+ but I'm positive that my data was set to enable 4G LTE. My SIM card works on my old S3 and 4G LTE is being used. I'm not sure what's going on, I've tried resetting my phone a bunch of times and playing with the settings.

Is there a way it can be accessed or install software or firmware. SM G900H version with lollipop 5.0 on.

I have recently enabled 3G in mom's Galaxy S2. Now in order to make 3G or GPRS work, the user has to enable "Packet Data" in the Settings>Wireless & Network. In mom's case that "Enable Packet Data" check box automatically gets unchecked after few minutes.
1) Does it got something to do with the power saving settings?
2) Or does the anti-virus software or battery defender automatically unchecks it?
3) Or is it a virus / bug?
I looked all over the forum and no one seems to have this issue. My Galaxy S2 I9100M does not have any option to modify my user interface font in Display. Is there an upgrade that I missed or is there a problem here somewhere?

When I click mode only a few options come up.. selfie.wide selfie.interval shot.virtual shot and download. For those of you who say click download. I have already tried there is no slow motion option there either. I have seen other people's s6's when they click mode the slow motion option is there from the start. I'm worried.The slow motion option was one of the main reasons I got the phone .
View 4 Replies View RelatedI have been using the samsung calendar for a while now, and HAD a default set up with my desktop Google calendar for 3 different reminders on each so I dont forget,oversleep etc. anyhow It seems that when Google calendar STOPPED sending SMS messages earlier idk this month or last month I have NOT been able to set up more than ONE reminder even from a appt set from my phone, after the first reminder is set the green plus sing is no longer there to add more. I CAN go into older appt's and edit and the multiple reminders are still there and the green plus to add more is there and selectible. I am assuming it has something to do with the google calendar so what is up?

How do i get the phone to offer both options again also why have i got to be signed in to g mail on the pc for the phone to accept the password?
I set the homescreen on my S2 but every time I press the square button the option returns and I cant find a way of deactivating it. I kill the app but this does not resolve the issue and neither does wiping the phone and starting again.

View 3 Replies View RelatedI've had this problem for a while and now I'm getting work I don't want to miss my phone because I've put it on dead mode. Before I factory reset my phone, I was able to change my volume using the side buttons to go from different levels of sound, then vibrate only, then dead mode (complete silent and no vibrations). Now I only have different levels of sound and dead mode. I read about changing an option in sounds to vibrate only in silent mode, which will fix this but I can't find that either (my suspicians are that this option was taken out in ICS or moved to a secret location to foil my plans).

View 7 Replies View RelatedAbout the upcoming devices all featuring touchscreens, how about adding touchscreen enable/disable option ?For example, my company operates gas stations so I work with liquid hydrocarbons (gas, biodiesel, motor oil) and most of the time during the day I use the trackpad for phone calls and work apps like DocsToGo or BBM instead of a touchscreen because of its functionality and well, it won't become a mess if my hands are a little dirty, just like the touchscreen would. But during the night, hanging out with my friends or family, when sharing videos and photos, I'd love it if my BB 9700 running OS6 had a touchscreen (that's why I'd buy a Bold with a touchscreen), so I could have better media playing and internet browsing experience.Also, I've heard smartphone processors render faster when they are not handling touchscreens, so disabling it could give a merely functional experience while working (which is what most working people love about BlackBerry devices) and would save some battery life as well. Still, you could get the full social and media experience(which is what RIM is aiming at too with the upcoming devices) anytime by enabling it again.
