View 3 Replies View RelatedI have a Samsung s5. I have all my options set so that my phone saves my pictures to an SD card, but when someone sends me a pic via text and I save it, it saves to my phone device and not the SD card. How do I get those pictures to save to the SD card as well??
View 4 Replies View RelatedI have a Samsung Galaxy S5, I want to download and save pictures from my browser, or apps to my SD card, but no matter what I try, they always end up in the device storage. I'm not talking about the camera app, I mean from apps like Tumblr. I don't want to keep transfering my pictures to another folder. So how you you change the option to save and download pictures to the sd card instead of the device?

View 1 Replies View RelatedMy pictures in the Samsung Gallery app are a lot duller than when I took them or where I downloaded them. It's strange because when I minimize the Gallery app, you can see it revert to the richer color version of the photo. I don't get it? So when I take photos with my camera the preview of it never looks good because it previews from Gallery. It's kinda greyish looking and not as vibrant. How do I resolve this?

View 1 Replies View RelatedI started to transfer my pictures from my phone to my computer and realized that all of them didn't transfer, even though they show up in Gallery and Photos. When I started looking at the folder structure on my phone while I had it connected to my computer, I found pictures in other folders. How many different folders are used to store pictures and is there a way I can get them to save to the same place so I can transfer them more easily. The ones that seem to be in different folders are the ones I've saved from texts and emails. They're in 2 different folders. I'm worried that I'm going to miss others because I don't know where they are.
View 2 Replies View RelatedHave a Samsung Galaxy S5....upgraded to a 16G microSD with no issues....now I have purchased a 32G microSD card. It is completely seated in the phone, I have formatted the card, yet any pictures I take are saving to my phone instead of onto the new card? Why is this, and how can I correct this?
Also, how do I get the pictures that saved to my phone, over onto the microSD card?

View 4 Replies View RelatedI've been an iPhone user from the 3 to the 5S but decided to give the Android a shot and altho I like many of the phones features, the camera isn't producing pic's anywhere as good as my old iPhone 5S did ...
Stationary shots are fine, but I have 2 dogs and like to photograph them running around and doing their thing, and so far the S5 has been terrible with results. I've tried every setting on the phone. I've DL the 'Sports Shot' mode, but still all I get is a heap of blurry shots. In an hour at the local doggy park I'll take 50 - 60 shots and end up keeping 3 or 4 as the rest are blurred.
Now I REALLY want this phone to work for me, but as I say I'm not having much luck with pics, the video is fine, but yeah, not cutting it with the pictures...
For example.
iPhone 5S...
Samsung S5
As you see the iPhone has produced a picture that is better in every way from what I see.

I also tried to change the setting of the email app to save all messages to the SD card, but it would not allow it.
I have had the SGS S2 for almost two months now, whenever I transfer pictures and music between folders with my external SD Card or to my Phone Storage, they disappear.I can't remember how exactly I moved them, but I remember the last time I cut the files from one folder and pasted to another, and they all just disappeared.
