When i Connect the Data cable to the computer , the nokia e7-00 becomes unresponsive or hangs and nothing can be done. Is there a specific setting to be done or is it a issue

While on the call, the recipients, signals was low and it its loss the connectivity, my phone gets stuck for 2,3 min with disconnect icon. When the icon is gone, I'm not able to make any call till I reset the unit. Also when I select the phone in to offline mode. The phone restart automatically. I did hard reset and .Etc. Still the problem there.

Initially the phone used to abruptly hang and would require the battery to be taken out & reinserted to start the phone. After the Firmware update the problem got reduced but now the phone hangs and automatically restarts. This is quite frequent & very irritating. I have tried the hard & soft reset but the problem still remains the same. The firmware that i am using is 054.005 / make - Malaysia.

View 3 Replies View RelatedI've a severe problem with my Nokia C7 phone. The phone is unresponsive to any touch on the touchscreen. I tried to power off the phone, extract the battery, but when I try to power on, It shows the PIN request screen, but I can't introduce any code because the screen keyboard is not working. I tried to remove the SIM card, and power on the phone. Now it shows the home screen, but the display is again unresponsive. The physical buttons works for a while, but after a few minutes the phone hangs permanently. The only way to shut off the phone is removing the battery.

It hangs and i have to long press the powe button to shut it down and restarts and then when it comes on.it hangs within the next 30 seconds and this process continues into a routine... I tried softformatting it and it doesnt hang anymore but a new problem is generated... It pratically keeps screaming system error...i can't do much with the phone. I dont know which condition is better anymore,the phone's previous state or its new state...

View 4 Replies View RelatedSo what might be the problem, when trying start my phone, without usb cable, it goes on, but after 30 sec or so my phone try reboot itself and this loop continues over and over again.
Only way to start the phone that it will stay on, is using usb-cable connected to pc. When doing so, it start normally without crashing everytime. There is also problem with camera and flash. Both things don't work. Flash not even try start but when pushing the camera solution, it will try to start, but after a second it crashes.
Judging from the symptoms I think that there my might be some problem with starting procedures when phone is turned on. The phone maybe trying to check something like camera or flash and crashes doing so. But why this not happen when I have connected my phone with usb to pc? Why this way I can start my phone normally and start using it. I just have avoid to shut it again!
Any one know how this can be achieved?
View 3 Replies View RelatedToday my E72 just started "charging" without being attached to electric charger or USB. It's charging for couple minutes and then stops. And that happens every half hour. I will turn it off, take out the battery and hopefully it will stop.This phone is becoming more and more buggy. At first it was fast and everything worked gr8. After time it started to give me error messages, memory messages and so on.

My old E70 is best in that case.This fu... device hangs up always after date change to 1 year past. I do that to install application which has certificate expired .After reset (8 secs. power btn. press) situation is still persist - hangs on pulpit and no reaction for any button but power (8 sec. reset).

the only place where I went disappointed is the connectivity of the phone with Nokia PC suite. i have tried many billions time to connect, but i failed.
whenever i connect my phone to PC via cable, it asks me to connect via PC suite or mass storage or rest other option. when i hit PC suite, my computer start finding something and then all of sudden my phone ask again what way you want to connect your phone and again and again. its working perfectly fine if i hit Mass storage. it just the PC suite which aint connecting. i have tried it on my brother's computer but its coming up with same error.
