Eseries / Communicators :: Loosing Lot Of Purchased Content In OVI Store?

After reinstalling my E72-1 FW 051.018, Your mobile Phone : is showing N73 (this I notice when logged into OVI Store on desktop). So lot of applications are not displayed in OVI Store when I looged from my mobile. (Reason is its displaying content for N73 not for E72) I tried changing your Mobile to E72 in ovistore by logging from desktop. Still No use , I still see the content of N73 only in my mobile Ovi Store.. So I am missing lot of content, + I could not install lot of purchased applications from ovi store?

My E7 worked fine untill a few weeks ago it started to loose 3G internet connection regularly. I have set the settings in the way that it should be always connected, but most of the time you can see the symbol of two broken arrows instead of two intact arrows.

I recently purchased the Gravity application on my E71 via the nokia store but it never gave me e option to download. When I go to my nokia account under purchase history it shows that I indeed purchased the application but I am still unable to download it. I do not see the download option. Upon purchase of e app I dd receive an email confirming the purchase.What do I need to do?

I am in India facing this particular problem for long time now.. Am not able to download/purchase paid content from my mobile OVISTORE.In my phone's ovistore, I can't see even a single paid appication for purchase even in Best seller area.
When I send a link of a particular paid content from desktop to my mobile then opening link shows me the page with disabled download link with msg either this content is not available for your E72 or This content not available in your Language.

I own E5-00, after i updated its device software to 101.003, the mail client always shows 'fetching content' when opening e-mail for reading new email. For your kind attention before device software, the device was not showing it. I have to press "Z" Key Always for Synchronize or end or Receive now. Earlier it was not like this.

It seems on Nokia E71, the alarm settings are lost when an alarm is activated while the mobile is turned off.The sequence which i followed was.# set an alarm with time = current time + 5 mins# switched off the mobile# When the alarm time reaches the alarm goes on and asks "if we want to turn on the phone"; select 'no'.[My opinion is that at this stage it should just inform the user that the phone is switched off, rather than giving an option to turn on the phone.]# turn on the phone and go to Menu_office_clock and check the previous alarm settings. All of them would be deleted. I saw the same error in E72 and E63.

Not sure if this has been asked before, probably has, but I cannot connect to the ovi store on my phone, after I enter my account details, keeps saying sign in failed even though I can sign into ovi on my computer, I have reset the cache and cleared cookies, cookies are allowed on my phone all that. I have synced it with the ovi suite all that perfectly but, I don't know why I can't sign into the ovi store on my phone, or sync with ovi sync on my phone either. Im living in Ireland if that makes any difference at all and on vodafone network.

Just recently bought an E-6 and tried to install some app (try both on phone and via PC using nokia suite) all failed and it said internal server errors with nokia jrs com whatever weird language.

Had a notification that a newer version of Nokia / OVI store was available today (22/02/12 Ver. Ovistore_32prdSrv_1_22_014.sisx) so I downloaded and installed it.It stores cache on the phone memory in a directory imagecache/Juniper and is full of all the icon pictures of apps on the nokia store.so the phone memory is filling up.
EVEN WORSE.If I go into my pictures gallery they are all being displayed there!!!
Can't find any of my own photo's because all these stupid icons/pictures from the store!

i have an E5-00 Rm632 fw ver: 42.010. When i open licences in the control panel, it reboots in a few seconds.And the phone has become awfully slow.I took it to the nokia care center.they upgraded the software from 42.007 to 42.010.i couldnt upgrade to the latest sw from my phone or using nokia software updater.i'm just fed up with the sw bugs in this phone. the phone went to L3 two times

I just download new Anna update and Ovi update. Installing went good and i feel that everything works fine, but then i try to open Ovi Store and phone automatically shutdown and start again? Same happening if i try open program name "muistutukset"? What is going on? Why my phone can`t open Ovi Store and that other program?

I'm quite sure that an Imap account of mine was taking 25MB from C drive space.So, I've tried to convert it to POP and delete the emails from the phone. It didn't work. The phone kept showing "I'm deleting the messages" but with no succes.So I removed the account, hoping to delete the messages. From what I see it didn't do the trick.Now, I would like to find where the emails are stored and manually delete them.

Ovi store came installed as I purchased Nokia E-5 recently. It was working fine till a weak back. Now when It is opened, it seems to load but somehow it is redirected to another page saying "A new version of ovi store is available, update your application to continue using it".Clicking on the update option download does not start at all. So ovi store application is not working at all.

I just recently got the Nokia E-72 and after getting a new memory card just yesterday for it I am no longer able to open the Ovi Store application that was already installed on the phone. I also just installed the Ovi Suite on my computer and when it requests to install the "Support software" my phone just gives me the simple error of "Unable to install" with a red symbol next to the words. I also tried installing the Ovi Store from the web and I get the same Unable to Install error that I get when trying to install the Support Software. I already checked the "application manager" it is allows all applications to be installed. I've also tried reinstalling the software via the Ovi Suite and that doesn't do anything either. I looked up how to hard reset the phone as well, and I hold the correct buttons+the top power button at the same time while the phone is of f but it doesn't seem like it does anything when the phone comes back on. I wouldn't mind getting the phone to go back to square one as I haven't had the phone long enough to miss much besides my contacts which I can just synchronize.

I have an E63 phone with 1GB memory card. I am able to change settings for storing photos and music in the memory card. However, the sms that I receive get automatically saved in phone memory and I am not able to find how to change the setting to memory card.

I backed everything up, updated my E72's software and perforned a hard reset. But now, after I performed a restore, applications I bought from Ovi Store are all gone and other software is back!

I'm using Nokia E5 and whenever I open OVI App to download stuff it says "there's an update available, update it" when I click on update, it redirects me back to my Menu and nothing happens!I tried to update it 20 times n everytime same thing happened to me.Its not updating, not opening, and I can't even download anything. Whatever I try to download it redirects me to OVI and it asks me the same update thing.

I have a E5-00 (OS version 042.007.227.01). I use Mail for Exchange for email. Encryption is mandated by my work email server. Several applications, including Ovi Store and Maps, will not start with phone encryption enabled. Disabling encryption means I can use the mentioned applications, but as soon as I sync the mail, the encryption is back on.

I have downloaded "storeinstaller_tb92_QTbundle_prd_PROD_3.18.036" and installed on top of Nokiastore which was updated from ovi-store via phone update. Now When i installed this 3.18.036 version, I come to know that this is for symbian belle and not workign well in my E7, very sluggish in performance. So I unistalled the Nokia store. It restarted the phone and i see that OVi store has come instead of old - nokia store,Now I am unable to update to the latest Nokia store which was working fine until recently, any suggestion how to update it via phone will be helpful, I have checked software updater, but no luck.Also why certain apps which I downloaded frombeta labs, doesnot update automatically, the updates ae available but everytime I hv to download from betalabs, why software update can't find if any update are vailable for the installed software?is it a bug in Nokia software updater?

Updated to the latest Anna on my E7 after it has collected dust in the desktop drawer for 3 months... (issue with incoming calls - should be solved with Anna).Afterwards I updated to the Ovi Store (2.12.042) offered as a separate download alongside Anna.That version wouldn't even startup.So tried to update to the latest Ovi Store (v. 2.12.043) and now the program at least opens but I am not able to logon and re-download any of my purchased apps?
