I have two e-mail accounts on iPhone, and need to delete the business e-mail. Seems simple, but the RED DELETE Account button is no longer an option.Â

View 4 Replies View RelatedI have a new BB Bold 9780 purchased a month back. I have BIS unlimited plan and should be able to setup 10 email accounts I believe.
The problem I have is with the 'Internet Mail Account' option within the Email Accounts in setup. When I click this option, nothing happens. The option doesn't respond to my click.
I know that I have workaround to setup email account through some links in internet and I have already setup my gmail account through the link. However, I would like to have the facility to add a new account through my mobile itself.
I suspect that the problem is due to an incorrect / failed update of 'Email Setup Application'. The version I have is 6.10.0804.1543
Is there any way to get this program updated ? or to get the 'Internet Mail Account' option working in my BB ? I am unable to delete the program through Application Management as the option of Delete is not present.
I upgraded my 9360 OS recently from OS 7.0 to v 7.1.0.336, Platform 9.6.0.51. Since the upgrade I no longer have the option to delete e-mails on handheld only or on the server as well. I really enjoyed having the option to delete totally or just from my handheld and then view the mail later on my pc.When I delete a mail from my BB now, it just deletes it from my device and leaves it on the server without the option to delete it there as well.

View 9 Replies View RelatedUpgrade to IOS 5.1 deleted all my received email on my iPhone and iTunes doesn't backup email. I can fix that just by resending all the messages from PC email client so nothing actually lost in this case.
However, my immediate issue is that I don't see a Mail option anywhere when I go into Settings. My previous mail account is still there and does actually send A forward from iCloud also works so it looks like I can receive at that previous mail account on the iPhone. But how do I get to a screen that will allow me to add/delete/modify mail accounts?

I have not had this problem in over 5 years! Is this a symptom of iCloud going full, taking over MobileMe? I cancelled my MM account 3 months back and have not had any problems. Why has this problems suddenly started appearing? I was looking at the mail in the ALIAS account from the alias account. This is really bothering me.I have a yahoo mail account set up on my phone - It has been on there for over a year - it has always worked this way - If I get an email (the phone goes "bing") and i read it on the computer - and responded and delete it on the computer it would be removed from the phone the next time i looked. Recently I began noticing that the message is not being delated from the phone if I delete it from the mailbox, and I can't figure out why.
Basically I want to be able to read the message on the computer and hit delete and for it do the same thing on my blackberry and vise versa. Now it seems to work if I delete the message on the BB then it will not be in the Mailbox on the computer.
When installing iOS 5 I somehow linked my iCloud to my moms account both on my iPhone and iPad. If I select the delete account button at the bottom of the iCloud settings, will it delete the account off of my moms phone too? She would rather not delete her iCloud account.

I keep running out of space on my iphone 5 because there is a bunch of video content on there that I can't get rid of. I imported these videos into iPhoto sometime ago, however I think I probably didn't select to delete them once imported at the time. I've deleted all of the images and vids from the camera roll section however, but the videos are still on the phone under "Videos" where I can view them and select them, but it gives no option to delete them.Â
Any work around that doesn't involve restoring the device.Â

My fiance's iPhone 5 has an album that is taking up a lot of space on the phone and the phone will not give me the option to delete any of the pictures on it. I can select each photo in the album, but the trash can icon does not show. The only 2 options I get is to Send or to Add To. All the photos on our PC with Windows 7 installed, so we are okay with deleting them from the phone.
