Nov 21, 2010Does anyone experience with hanging screen and auto restart when phone is set to 3G network ? It seems ok with GSM setting.

BB Bold :: 9780 Hangs & Restarts?
Apr 8, 2012I bought a Bold 9780 about 3 months back and just recently it has started to give me trouble. It restarts on it's own and sometime just hangs. If I try to switch off the phone it just hangs.

Oct 16, 2011I have been a Nokia E72 user since jan 11 and have been facing some problems with the phone. Initially the phone used to abruptly hang and would require the battery to be taken out & reinserted to start the phone. After the Firmware update the problem got reduced but now the phone hangs and automatically restarts. This is quite frequent & very irritating. I have tried the hard & soft reset but the problem still remains the same. The firmware that i am using is 054.005 / make - Malaysia.

Went to Sony service center in Penang Prangin Mall , Malaysia .. but they only reintall the software ... but the problem still occur . Went to Sony service center there again and they dun`t even bother to check the hardware .. they only do hard reset .... and the problem still occur .
Now this is the third time I was sending the device to the service center and requested that they check the hardware but the service center just ** Waiting for the outcome ...
Nokia :: 5800 Auto Reboots Every Two Hours And Hangs Often
Jun 18, 2010I bought a new Nokia 5800 express music less than a week ago. Right from day one I got problems like auto reboot and mobile hang often. My phone came with software v 40.0.0.005. I took it to the showroom where I bought this phone and they advised me to update latest software and that will solve the issue. I updated to v 50.0.005. But within another one hour I ended up with same problem. I am seeing pink horizontal lines before reboot. It automatically reboots while messaging and when I try to do something with maps. It hangs often when I see any video file. I took it to nokia care again but they formatted my mobile and installed v 50.0.005 but am having the same problem again. How do I solve this issue.Is there any option to claim for a refund?? Any option to replace handset?? Preferably different model? I find lot of problem in using this phone which is not user friendly.

Sep 12, 2011I've a severe problem with my Nokia C7 phone. The phone is unresponsive to any touch on the touchscreen. I tried to power off the phone, extract the battery, but when I try to power on, It shows the PIN request screen, but I can't introduce any code because the screen keyboard is not working. I tried to remove the SIM card, and power on the phone. Now it shows the home screen, but the display is again unresponsive. The physical buttons works for a while, but after a few minutes the phone hangs permanently. The only way to shut off the phone is removing the battery.

But after a minut or a half it restarts.Then i have to wait until it's 100% and then i take it out, and have to wait a while for it to stop restarting, and then i can use it.Sometimes it also restarts when i'm not charging! Then i also just let it restart until it stops, and sometimes a turn the phone of a little bit and then but it on again, but that dosn't always help.
