Since updating to 4.55.97 on my 8GB it doesn't seem to Auto-Resume after an Auto-Pause. This worked before, but on my run today it Auto-Paused at two stop lights when I stopped, but after starting running again it wouldn't resume on its own and I had to press Start to get it going again

I've been trying to use my BB as music player when on the bike.At the same time, I'm running my GPS and utilize the phone function for incoming calls.Music starts up fine, however, as soon as the playback gets interrupted by any kind of command - GPS turn instructions or incoming phone calls, the playback won't automatically resume. Is there any work around for this?

In the minute or so that I had to wait, the auto pause kicked in. When I started moving again, it took several hundred yards for the Moto to restart the workout. I panicked a bit and hit the restart button manually when it didn't start right away, but it seems that auto restart was working -- it just took an awful long time to kick in.Anyway, to get to the nub of the question -- since the marathon setting ostensibly checks signals less often than the "normal" setting (every 3 sec. rather than every second), is it possible that the auto restart is going to have a longer lag time between when the bike starts moving and when it restarts than if I had the battery mode set to "normal".

View 2 Replies View RelatedI have a set of Jaybird JF3 Freedom BT headphones (fantastic running headphones BTW!) - both the Motoactv manual and the device itself tell me that when the Motoactv and my BT headset are in range of each other and powered on, they will auto-connect. Of the 30+ times I've used them, this only happened once. Every other time I have to go into Settings - Wireless - BT Headsets-JF3 Freedom and hit the "Reconnect" button - then they reconnect right away. One random time, they auto-connected. I didn't do anything different than I normally do.

If I hold it next to a lamp the brightness will increase, as expected, but when I turn off the lamp and the room is pitch dark, the screen brightness remains the same no matter how long I wait. However if I turn the screen off and on the brightness have decreased.
The light sensor is working. I have tried to adjust the slider in whatever position and been digging through the display settings with no luck.

my sons nokia 5530 has just been in for repair as it kept switching off soon as a call was answered (received phone back thurs 15th july ) all seems to be working fine now until he noticed today the auto rotate doesn't work i've checked the settings and the box has been checked also removed the battery for a while to see if it kicks it into touch can anyone shed some light as to why this might be happening before i take the phone back into shop, its not a massive issue but it is a function he likes to use.

Some Google applications don't recognise when they are on WIFI to enable auto-backup / update / download features. In order to force a backup / update, I need to tell it to auto-backup using both Data Network and WIFI and then it backs up the data using WIFI.
I see the same behaviour in Play Music, only downloading data for streaming or for off-line playing if the setting is enabled for both Data Network and WIFI.
Auto update of applications hasn't worked since then, and they need to be forced manually.
The autoturn option is not working anymore. I've tested the gyroscope, accelerator and they are just fine yet the autoturn is not available for usage. I've also rebooted my phone turned on in safe mode and nothing seems to work.

1. my phone recognizes that cant and dont (without apostrophes) are misspelled words, but it still does not autocorrect them. It does pop up with word replacement and I can tap on the can't or don't suggestion, but why does the phone not automatically change it out?
2. is there a way to set which words I want replaced with something? I know the iphone has an option to switch out words but I can't find anything like that on my windows device.
I do not want to reset my dictionary as I have had the phone for a while, it is inconvenient and it seems like there would be an option to fix it.
I'm a proud owner of a new Bold 9900 bought today. However, just now i was trying the Holster and it doesnt work. I believe the magnet is placed abit too low. As when I tried my phone placement outside the holster it seems to be able to auto lock if i placed it abit lower. Is there any way to get the holster replace?

The auto login function to my tmobile Hotspot has worked for over 1 year without any problem on my iPhone 4. After migration to ios 5 / ios 5.1 the function doesn't work any more and i have to login manually, each time.
I use the same iPhone, telekom phone number, telekom login account id, telekom account password. The manual login works without problem. Nothing else has changed, but the ios upgrade. So it seams to be a bug in the ios upgrade.

I have a Nokia 700. Upgraded to 112.010.1404 via Nokia Suite as soon as I got it. I have set my WiFi network as the highest priority. I can connect to my WiFi network, yet after a while of inactivity the phone starts using 3G data again. I go into the WiFi networks and see that my network is listed as "Known" but not "Connected". I have to manually select it to re-connect.Power saving mode for WiFi is set to off.Is there a setting to automatically connect to any known WiFi network when in range? I am happy to manage battery life by manually turning ove WiFi when not needed.

what the improved pause functionality is? I'm pretty sure my watch updated correctly (but I don't have it with me to verify as I write this), and the new pause sure seems identical to the old pause. There was a thread a while back where people discussed ways to reduce the likelihood of prematurely ending the workout by hitting the "end workout" touchscreen button, and cool things that could be made available at the pause screen. I saw "Improve "Pause" functionality during workouts" as one of the improvements with the latest software, and got excited that some or all of those suggestions had been implemented. I have pressed all buttons and swiped every which way and have not found any changes.
