my iphone 4 restarts itself, and freezes. my partner suggested its from the apps because he thinks i have too many. can i get my iphone replaced and transfer the apps to the new phone? if i cant do that, can i take my iphone 4 into the shop and get a new one but pay extra for a iphone 4s?

My E72 freezes and kind of restarts (no pin needed) several times during the week. It seems to be related to FM radio.

Hi, I have several problems on my iPhone 3GS. it freezes and restarts immediately once or twice a day, with no apparent reason. It often shutsdown when the battery is about 25-30% left. Sometimes it tells me to restore with iTunes, without any reason. Sometimes when I start the phone the language is set back to default english instead of italian. The internet APN deletes itself with no reason. These are the main problems. What should I do?
View 1 Replies View RelatedI installed the v20 firmware on my phone and found that it was acting up (froze, restarted on its own...sometimes it wouldnt ask for my security code) so i reinstalled the firmware (both times it was through NSU) and now i cant turn my phone on - lol? I tried the hard reset combo didnt work.. took out my battery 30 minutes/whole night and still nothing If i try to turn it out i just feel that vibration..and same when i try to hard reset.. Is Nokia care centre my only option?

1) Open installed apps
2) Options> Organize
3) Remove
But there is a problem. Whenever I press on remove the phone ask me do I really want to delete the program, I press yes and nothing is happening ... Soon after that my phone freezes and the program is still there.

I have this problem since the beginning. the phone freezes and restarts time b time when i am using it or sometimes even when i press the unlock key to use it the screen shows up and freezes then restart. most of the time it restarts when its on charging and the battery is above 90% and it always restarts when i use it after the battery is fully recharged. Now yesterday it restarted around 15 times and its becoming pain you know. I have it on the kitkat software didn't update to lolipop. I am not using simcard and i also tried using without sd card.

I have updated the firmware to the latest and also reset my phone by unplugging battery, but Its still the same. And the worst of it, it becoming more frequent day by day.
