my new mobile c5-03 couse me problem. Some times when i am using it the screen blinks for a few times and restarts. But not asking pin number. It was updated on purchsse date so i am not sure if the new firmware is the reasombermmmmn. What could you recommend?
View 7 RepliesMy phone is constantly restarting/rebooting it self. I have pulled the battery, I have plugged in the phone; nothing seems to work. I have not dropped, it has NOT gotten wet.
I'm at a loss for what to do. I need my phone. The only thing I can think that I have done within the last 24hrs with the phone is let the battery completely drain (which I have been told is good to do); battery was fully charged after.
Discovered this "unable to turn off" issue last thursday when I was doing a once in a blue moon shut down. Realised my iPhone 64GB running iOS 5.1.1 wouldn't stay switched off. It would automatically reboot itself.

But of-late the frequency has increased, it keeps doing it every few hours. I tried solving the issue by hard reseting the phone. After which it was fine for a few days and now it has started again.

In the recent month I have about 10-15 restarts a day, also used SEUS to reinstall the software about 7 times and it gives the same result.
When 3G or Wifi is turned off I can use every app without problems, as soon as I turn 3G of Wifi on the phone crashes, restarts, input my pincode, freezes, restarts and that repeats about 5 times before I can turn off the 3G or Wifi.
Is there a known problem with this phone and the radio transmitter/receiver?
