I have recently purchased a used Blackberry Bold 9700 which was previous used on a Vodafone network in the UK. No I want to use it with Warid in Pakistan. The phone is working but I am unable to make a new account for BB services using my PIN and IMEI. Can you guide me as to how the PIN and IMEI can now be reassigned to me.
I just received as a gift for my birthday a BlackBerry Bold 9900 . I previously owned a Blackberry Bold 9000. Now I can't activate the blackberry services on the new phone. I have followed all the steps (used the desktop app to transfer the data from the old phone to the new one), moved the SIM card but I still can't set up the email or use BBM.I spoke to the service provider here in Romania (orange) and did everything they said (to go to blackberry. orange.com and change the model of the phone, to go to Host Routing Table and use the Register Now tool) but I didn't manage to solve the problem. If I insert the SIM card into the old phone everything works perfect.Also when I try to create a new account for the new phone on url... using the PIN and IMEI from the new phone I get the message - "Cannot create account: Your BlackBerry® Internet Service Account is suspended or deactivated"
I'm about to update my 9700 software from .545 to the most current one. My BB is activated on my company's BES server. Will I need to re-activate BES services after the software upgrade or does the activation remain when I back up my device during the upgrade process ?
Lost or had my phone stolen today. Tried to use my Find My iphone app but the location services are disabled on the phone. Is there any way to remote activate the location services on the phone?

I have an unlocked BB Torch which I've successfully used for international travel all summer, just buying prepaid SIM cards in different countries.I returned yesterday to the US and put my AT&T SIM card back in the phone. Everything is working (calls, texts, browser, BBM, Facebook, etc.) - EXCEPT email. Nothing has pushed to the BB since I put the card back in.
I went to Setup -> Email Accounts -> Email Account Activation and entered the passwords for my two accounts (personal gmail and work Google Apps) but keep getting "Sorry, unable to continue your session.

Where can I get my BB repaired? BB services are not working, tried absolutely everything (pulling battery, wiping, new OS, got help from network provider as well) and it seems my BlackBerry is broken. Do they do that at all? I don't really want to spend money on a new phone right now, especially when my BB is working - calls, texts, even internet, just nothing that requires connection to BB (BB icon doesn't appear) or wireless (I'm not too sure but I think that bluetooth and wifi are not working either).
Since some days ago i can't login to my blackberry internet service. I tried it from the device and form the website [url]... but it keep saying my password is incorrect. When I try to recover the password I don't recieve it neither to my device or my email account.

After updating OS Software on my Bold 9650, I am promted to go to the Setup Wizard to setup my email account. At the Email Account Activation Screen, I am prompted to typen in the passwords for each of my email accounts. When I do this, I get the message "Sorry, unable to continue your session. Please log in again". I have verified that the passwords are correct. Not sure what to do next.
So I bought an unlocked (so it's free to insert whatever carrier I choose) Blackberry, Indonesian version few months ago and went to the USA. Here, I was given an AT&T number, permanent number from a family plan, and I wanted to set up an email account. However, when I got to the Setup > Email Accounts, I was only given two email options, both of them were supposed to be the email accounts of the previous user of my permanent number right now. I was confused since I cannot add nor erase the email accounts which are not mine, and when I went to to blackberry site to activate my blackberry email accounts online, the site just keep on posting error messages.. I logged on to the AT&T site and found nothing that can change the email account setup for my blackberry.
for some reason my blackberry bold touch 9900 doesnt spell check anymore (when a word is spelt wrong it has a dashed line underneath the misspelled word and gives you suggestions or correct spelling suggestions), how do i reactivate spell check for my sms and emails? its really starting to bug me, because my auto correct still works but spell check doesnt!

I'm a prepaid customer and has activated the weekly plan which is for 100.I got a confirmation msg saying Ihave been registered.however I cannot use my bbm nor facebook nor thebb app world or anything in that case and it says I need to upgrade mydata plan.I've used the weekly plan before and its never happenedbefore.also the 'edge' on my top right screen appears as EDGE and notedge.I thought that's a sign that I have the bb data plan working onmy phone but it doesn't work.I went ahead and deactivated the bb service and re activated my data plan twicebecause when I tried upgrading my data plan,it said I need todeactivate my present data plan first.well,its stil the same old problem!
identifying why BES account wont activate on 8520 bold. Account has been deleted and recreated on BES server but this hasn't helped. I know the device is ok as am able to activate another account on the device.

i performed a security swipe after backup, then i restored my Blackbery Bold 9700 however i am not able to activate my emails even after i type the password for email activation.
