Where can I get my BB repaired? BB services are not working, tried absolutely everything (pulling battery, wiping, new OS, got help from network provider as well) and it seems my BlackBerry is broken. Do they do that at all? I don't really want to spend money on a new phone right now, especially when my BB is working - calls, texts, even internet, just nothing that requires connection to BB (BB icon doesn't appear) or wireless (I'm not too sure but I think that bluetooth and wifi are not working either).
Since some days ago i can't login to my blackberry internet service. I tried it from the device and form the website [url]... but it keep saying my password is incorrect. When I try to recover the password I don't recieve it neither to my device or my email account.
I have recently purchased a used Blackberry Bold 9700 which was previous used on a Vodafone network in the UK. No I want to use it with Warid in Pakistan. The phone is working but I am unable to make a new account for BB services using my PIN and IMEI. Can you guide me as to how the PIN and IMEI can now be reassigned to me.
at about 6pm last night my blackberry just disconnected from internet services. i can still use texts, but am unable to connect to bbm, twitter and facebook. it connected once or twice but it still wouldnt send or receive bbm messages.
I am using Blackberry Storm 9530 and unable to connect to the browser and bbm as i get a error "Your device does not currently have any browser configuration service book entries." when i try to open the browser.
Got a new BB 9900 and cant connect to any of my emails or social networking. It says that i need to contact my provider.Done that and they dont know what the problem is or are taking forever to get back to me.I have reset the phone several times done the security wipe and nothing has worked. Also did the routing table and recieved the reg from RIM but still not working..
I got a blackberry 9930 from sprint and put in it Etisalat egypt sim cardIt was howing activation required message so i enterd the CDMA engineering screen changed the numver to my number and the movile country and network code.But now data services doesn't workI think because that Home sid and nidBlackberry reg id and the sip and mip as they're set to things about sprint?
My Blackberry is from outside the States (from Panama, where I am from) and I use it solely on WiFi (with the Mobile Network Antenna turned off) when I am in college in the States.I have been doing this since January, when I first got my Blackberry Curve 8900 (Javelin?). I used it solely on WiFi until about May when I returned home for the Summer. During the Summer I used the device mostly with the mobile network (EDGE data).
Then I returned to college this past August and resumed using the Blackberry only with WiFi turned on with no problem. Reconnected to my school's WiFi network, and my home router here without much problems. Continued doing that until last week, when I went home for Fall Break. Used it on EDGE during my time there... then I returned to school, at it just doesn't work anymore...
I got it this past Sunday night, turned the device on, it connected to my home network, downloaded a couple of BBM messages and after a few seconds I guess the Blackberry decided it didn't want to work anymore, and since then I have not been able to get a single working connection from any WiFi network I've tried... rebooted the device, the router, removed the battery, deleted Wifi profiles, switched to Hotspot browsing, back to default, etc... nothing
Internet WORKS in the Blackberry Browser... I can browse the internet, look up stuff on google, etc.. but BBM, Facebook, Gmail, nothing else will work... Repeat: wherever I connect I can browse the internet, but the WiFi logo does not turn white and BBM and other will not work?
I purchased my phone in the United States with TMobile but I am currently in Malaysia now. It is already unlocked since I am able to use my Malaysian Digi SIM card to call and text. However, I am unable to use the internet services. I have already spoken to both TMobile and Digi to try troubleshoot but to not avail. My host routing table won't let me register. It keeps saying 'Registration message queued. It will be sent once data coverage is available.' My Blackberry services with Digi has already beem activated. I've tried restarting the phone i.e. taking the battery out. It still says GSM and not EDGE. Is there anything I can do to get my internet services to work?
My iPhone 3GS is telling me location services are off. When I go into settings it says it is on, but it is not responding, i.e. I can't change it from on to off.
Today I had some issues with the Wi-Fi connection..The problem is that under Manage Conections > MOBILE NETWORK Settings there is an option that says: "Data Services"... As it is under MOBILE NETWORK settings which is related to my network carrier, and I don't have any Data Plan I guessed that i could turn that to OFF...So then a few minutes later I tried to use What's App, and there was no connection... so I tried using the Browser also without lucky.Then after looking for something that could solve my problem without finding something usefull I decided to work on it by myself, so I rebooted the BB, my Home Router, cheking for Connection Diagnose under Wi-Fi options, but nothing seemed to work until I decided to turn ON the Data Services setting I was talking about before... and voilá it started working... I'm not sure if this is an actual problem or something else.. but I think that an option under Mobile Network should not being interfering with the Wi-Fi connection, just makes no logic at all...

I bought a 9930 non-camera phone however Airtel data services are not working. Airtel says, it's a technical glitch in the server and they have escalated the issue to RIM with no definite ETR. I have paid a huge amount for the phone and unable to use it.
I am using a blackberry bold 9700 V5.0.0.862. My phone is unlocked and I am using it on the Fido network. I was away for 5 weeks, and while away I used a simcard from that country in my phone. When I got back to Canada, I put in my fido sim card and the internet was not working. I called Fido and they did a reset on my phone and still no data.
The tech did some trouble shooting as well as gave me the Fido APN info, I did the host routing table reset and still nothing. I have no idea what the problem could be but Fido has told me there is nothing else that they can do, as I am using an unlocked device. I cannot connect to the internet, my BBM does not work, and I am not receieving emails. I can make phone calls and send texts. I have pulled the battery out many times. My phone says 3G.I don't know if some of the setting on my phone locked from using the international sim, if my sim is corrupted, or if I need a new phone.
I recently purchased the LG G3 on Fido, and a few days ago I started experiencing problems with all my google apps. It began when I went to download an app and there was no progress ( the bar would just move along and say 'downloading' but nothing would download), I tried updating an app, and the same thing happened. Now my gmail and google now won't work either as well as google play games. I've restarted the phone multiple times, even removed and re-added my google account. still no luck. I'm not up to factory resetting my phone as I have valuable text messages that I can't afford to lose.
Did a clean install of iOS 5.1.1 on my 4S. Everything worked great until I restarted my device. Apart from Find My iPhone not working, Maps and Compass are unable to find my location. Error message 'Cannot Determine Location' being displayed and the pink icon in the status bar does not appear. It works fine for Camera, Twitter and Siri though.

I am usking nokia N8.. everything is working fine other than 3G services, whenever i try to connect it with specifically with 3G Network from Network Mode.. My Signal Lost.. Dual Mode ,EDGE Signals are working fine.. I have already checked my SIM with other Phone .. and 3G is working fine with same settings on it.
I have hard formatted the cellphone, tried other ways even. But problem doesn't resolves.

I´m connected wifi in my black berry because I'm out the reach of my service provider.I only can navigate on the internet, but can use the bbm or the email.In the pass I was able to use them with the wifi connection, some one told me that I m not connected to the bb services.I try everything, change settings, initiated it, and no results.
I have had trouble for some time with OVI contact syncing. I use the online contacts view to edit and add contacts. I have noticed that most of the contact changes I make in the web interface (like adding an email address) are not synced to the phone. Today I added 4 new contacts in the web then synced several times, and just one was copied to the phone. The sync registry in the phone showed correctly that just one contact had been added to the phone. The phone is a Nokia E51 and I am syncing over WiFi.
Just yesterday my phone has started to malfunction. A pop up window keeps appearing ''Unfortunately, Google Play services has stopped''. I have to click it around 6 times before it stops popping up, this happens frequently every minute.
When I try to use my camera it says ''Unfortunately, Camera has stopped''. When go onto Settings, Half of the menus are unusable. If I click one that's ''broken'' It closes itself immediately. I've upgraded my iPhone 3GS to iOS v. 5.1.1 and now both my phone service and data service are no longer working. I called AT&T's (my carrier) tech support and they got it working for a few minutes but as soon as I got off the phone with the agent it stopped working! My account with them is current.
