I go online at the sprint.blackberry.com site to add my emails - it won't let me add this one - if I put in the info as an established email - it asks me for the server name. I talked to tech support a good 40 minutes with no help what so ever! I even looked into it like they may have canceled my email - but when I enter it as a new one it says it's taken. I'm trying to set up my personal email on the 9700, but it seems that i have only one option, Blackberry Enterprise Server option. Is that suppose to be that way? I don't seem to have the " I want to create or add an email address" option.

At the Email Account Activation Screen, I am prompted to typen in the passwords for each of my email accounts. When I do this, I get the message "Sorry, unable to continue your session. Please log in again". I have verified that the passwords are correct. Not sure what to do next.

Here, I was given an AT&T number, permanent number from a family plan, and I wanted to set up an email account. However, when I got to the Setup > Email Accounts, I was only given two email options, both of them were supposed to be the email accounts of the previous user of my permanent number right now.
