View 1 Replies View RelatedI have an unlocked BB Torch which I've successfully used for international travel all summer, just buying prepaid SIM cards in different countries.I returned yesterday to the US and put my AT&T SIM card back in the phone. Everything is working (calls, texts, browser, BBM, Facebook, etc.) - EXCEPT email. Nothing has pushed to the BB since I put the card back in.
I went to Setup -> Email Accounts -> Email Account Activation and entered the passwords for my two accounts (personal gmail and work Google Apps) but keep getting "Sorry, unable to continue your session.
I have recently purchased a used Blackberry Bold 9700 which was previous used on a Vodafone network in the UK. No I want to use it with Warid in Pakistan. The phone is working but I am unable to make a new account for BB services using my PIN and IMEI. Can you guide me as to how the PIN and IMEI can now be reassigned to me.

I am trying to get my Outlook email on my phone, and when I go to Device Options, under Enterprise Email, it says that Enterprise email services are currently unavailable because my administrator has not added my mailbox to the BlackBerry Enterprise Server.
I have checked Service Status and it tells me that:
Blackberry Internet service - Not connected
Blackberry enterprise server - Not connected
I have checked with my service provider and all is ok. I have taken out the battery 5 times, waited 1 min and let the thing reboot?
My BB was purchased in Korea and linked to my company system. On leaving the company I was allowed to keep the phone but it still shows Korea and I cannot sync my personal emails. I have been to O2 but they seem not be able to help. I can access emails through the web. I also have my address book showing Desktop as well as personal.
