I have (3) users that recently joined us from another firm. They have existing Enterprise accounts from the former employer that have supposedly been deactivated. How do I delete the information on the handheld so I can associate them with our BES server?
I have a couple of emails from the enterprise server that are stuck in my inbox that will not delete no matter how many attempts...all other new messages from server and internet email delete fine like normal, just these two stuck.
How do I add my mailbox to the Blackberry Enterprise Server?
I am trying to get my Outlook email on my phone, and when I go to Device Options, under Enterprise Email, it says that Enterprise email services are currently unavailable because my administrator has not added my mailbox to the BlackBerry Enterprise Server.
I recently got my bb 9300 on a 29 BYO plan with optus.When I attempt to set up my mail account the only option i get from the set up wizard is "I want to use a work email account with a Blackberry Enterprise Server". get the other option which allows me to add my gmail accounts?

When i go into the email setup it says i need to activate my enterprise account. it asks for my email and password provided by my system administrator. I can't seem to find where i obtain this password from and who is my system administrator??

i have a firewall on my blackberry curve 8310 and i cant get rid of it.i was told that im on a enterprise and have to contact the admin everytime i attempt to use the internet/apps i get a message about IT policy and firewall.i tried disabling the firewall but there is a lock beside it which wont allow me this wasnt my phone, i bought it off of someone and cant get in contact with them how can i remove the IT policy or whatever and get rid of the firewall?
We have 2 x Curve 8520 which no longer work. One is with O2 the other with Orange.
We are using BES and activated the blackberrys as normal, we got to the following point in the activation

All of a sudden the screen locked with a message saying that memory cleaning was in progress and would take a few minutes. (apologies dont have the exact wording for this)
The device rebooted the white screen came up with the loading clock icon and thats as far as it goes. it reboots after a few mins then does the same and is now stuck in this endless loop.
We've tried the battery pull, tried re-installing OS via Desktop Manager. but still the same.

Out of no where, all my connection is lost. I go to service status and it says my blackberry internet service, enterprise server, active profile, ssid, type are all "not connected" how do I connect them?
I did a search, and I seem to be having the opposite issue many others have had. I am trying to setup a Blackberry Enterprise Server email address on my Blackberry 8530, but I only have the option to setup a personal one in the Email Setup Wizard. I do have a black berry data plan setup, my personal email is working fine on the blackberry, but I need the enterprise option to work with my work's email. I recently had to get a new blackberry curve 8530 through a warranty, and am not able to set up my email because I only have the enterprise server option. I did not have this issue with my old phone, which was the same model, and no changes have been made to my plan.
