Mar 25, 2012I bought new BlackBeryy 9900.An i would like to add some email account. I created Blackberry ID.But in SETUP-Email Accounts i have option ONLY ffor enterprise account.How i can get rid of it since i don't have password and account, or where i can get account and password and who is administrator? is that girls who are working in T-Mobile, they can give, or who, Can someone explain me?

Aug 18, 2011I have an unlocked BB Torch which I've successfully used for international travel all summer, just buying prepaid SIM cards in different countries.I returned yesterday to the US and put my AT&T SIM card back in the phone. Everything is working (calls, texts, browser, BBM, Facebook, etc.) - EXCEPT email. Nothing has pushed to the BB since I put the card back in.
I went to Setup -> Email Accounts -> Email Account Activation and entered the passwords for my two accounts (personal gmail and work Google Apps) but keep getting "Sorry, unable to continue your session.

Aug 16, 2011So my black berry has worked fine with one email account for about a year, but for about 2 months i've been trying to add two new email accounts. they're both gmail. so i tried the gmail app and it says " this site cannot be accessed in this manner. Please use the URL or link provided to you b your service provider." I did that and copy and pasted the link into the browser and it said the exact same thing. I then went to the settings> manage internet email and it says " We apologize, there was an error trying to access the service. Try again" The try again was a highlighted as a hyper link. When i clicked on that it took me to the Web2go website. the Browser, internet, and other apps seem to work fine. just not this?

Aug 11, 2011Today I changed the passwords for my email accounts believeing them to be compromised.
My Blackberry then sent me messages to say it could no longer access those email accounts as you would expect. I tried to update the passwords on the BB but it continued to tell me the passwords were incorrect. I tried changing the email accounts to different passwords and tried to update the BB again. Still said passwords are invalid. Tried deleting the email accounts, rebooting and adding again. This time I receive an error which says "Blank password. Type a valid password" even though the field is not empty.
At a loss as to what to do now except create brand new email addresses or buy an iPhone.

Jun 15, 2015I have two hotmail accounts that I receive e-mails from. I was successfully able to add one but not the other. The one that worked is a .com account where as the other is a .ca account. They both used to work just fine on my S3.
I tried the stock e-mail app and g-mail. Neither work. I tried adding it as an Exchange Account, IMAP and POP3. No luck. Tried modifying the connection/server settings, still nothing. Even downloaded a third party app (Nine) but that didn't work either. Nine did however lead me to a tool that told me that the account can't be set up as an exchange although I don't really understand why.

When I create a mail and send it from one account it gets sent by that account AND my other account. People "reply" to that other email account and it gets me all confused as I'm waiting for a response in my other account. How do I fix this? The account that I initially sent the mail from is already being set as my "default" account.
