I want to validate my email address, however I cannot remember my password and my recovery question answer as well. I've tried the information on the BB website but its still not working.

OWA 2007 seems to be working fine. I can login internally and externally at my company. But when I try and use the Blackberry Internet Service I just get the "An error occurred during email account validation. please check your information and try again." error message.
I am the IT Administrator. I know the settings are all correct. Exchange 2007 seems fine. I have checked almost every settings

after my provider had changed my SIM card, I now can not use my blackberry email address because its "in use" by my old/ former whatever.How can I use my former blackberry email address and unlock it for using it again?
I am getting totally frustrated as I am unable to register my email address on my Blackberry as I don't know my Blackberry ID email address, every link I have followed takes me to the registration page but you need the blackberry ID email address to register and I don't have this.

I wanted to switch my bb email address which is xxx@mobility.blackberry.net. (note that those x's represent 3 letters.) When I called my carrier to ask them to connect that email address to my current PIN they said they are unable to do so, as they are getting error messages that emails must have a minimum of 4 characters, and that I must take my concerns to blackberry support. Talk about passing the buck, but I guess I will give it a try. Is there anyway I can get my email back or is it history?

I've done the validation thing countless times and it NEVER accepts the password. The only way I can get it to work is go to Yahoo and set a new password on my email account. Then I need to get on my 8900 and "validate" with the password.Why do I have to change my Yahoo password to get this to work? View 4 Replies View RelatedI like my E72 but I have two problems that really annoy me.
1. In the past when ever I would write a new email I would get list of suggested email addresses in the "To" field. For example, if I would was to write the letter S I would get the email address of the people in my address book whose name starts with an S (sam, Sofia etc). for some reason this feature stopped working on my phone and I can't find how to make it work again. if I want to send an email I need to manually write the email address in the "To" field. The auto suggestion feature works perfectly on my wife's phone (an E72 with the same firmware - 22.007) but on my phone it won't suggest email addresses from my contacts.
2. Another problem is that my Gmail that is synced to the phone, through the Nokia Messenger server is locked on "hide emails older than 2 weeks". Now, I have hundreds of emails stored on my phone that dates to February 1st - the day I got the Phone.
Is there a way to delete these emails automatically, without deleting them on the Gmail account itself? It makes my phone really when going through the emails.
I have changed my password and I forget it, so now my blackberry is locked. And it is on its last attempt before being my information being clear. I haven't backed up my datas, is there any other way to recover it? I don't want to lose all of my datas, there are some important ones.
