I have a Tour and I'm trying to connect to the Lutron Processor in my home that controls our lighting system. I can easily do this from my PC but when I enter the http URL and address on my phone I get this error. It also states that the protocol specified is not supported by the handheld and I should try a different URL.

View 2 Replies View Relatedrecently I had both my blackberry device and battery replaced and while the blackberry was being replaced I used an older phone but still allowed the o2 £5.00 blackberry bolt on continue to save me the trouble of phoning up to get the bolt on set up again.
I waited 24 hours after topping my phone up before phoning o2 to inform them of this problem. These are the fixes suggested but to no avail:
1. Go to options, device, advanced system settings, host routing table, (empty), click the blackberry options button and select register now. Registration message sent yet I failed to receive a message.
2. Delete service books, nothing changed.
3. Go to networks and select manual, another network, battery pull, select networks, automatic, and try registering again.
I would like to report a bug with regards to saving/making a route public.I go into Planning, then Routing, and I have several routes saved from previous workouts. As per below, I click on the "Public Route" check box, and then Save. I just get booted to a generic screen/map with the "Create New Route" button.Regardless of whether I click on save or not, if I reselect the route on the left, then it the "Public Route" check box is cleared again.In addition on the screenshot below, why does it say "2525 Hemlock St, Vancouver, BC V6H, Canada | 0.06 km". This route was clearly 25k. Strange/weird thing also is if i click on "Edit Route", (Hey anthing's worth a try....) and then Save, it actually turns my route (ie destroys my route) into .06 km. This is exactly what happened to the bottom route on the left list; it used to be 25k until I 'saved' it. Oh well, at least I can go into my recent workouts and resave the route and try again!
View 2 Replies View RelatedI've just bought a Nokia 5800 and downloaded the latest version of Ovi Maps. I'd rather use this in offline mode, and it works well about 60% of the time. But quite often I get the error "route not found" when I try and set a route. The only way round this is to go online, and then a route can always be found.Having looked on the web I see a lot of people are having this problem but I haven't found a definitve fix yet. I've tried unistalling and reinstalling but the problem persists.
View 13 Replies View RelatedYesterday I had some curious experiences with my n97 and nokia maps 3.01.After I heard on the radio station, that on my route is high traffic i decided myself to choose an other driving route. Short time after I passed the exit i had orgrinally to enter, nokia maps recalculated a new route for me. So far everything works fine. Nokia maps send me now to the next exit of the highway. Here I should have done a u-turn. In my oppinion it made no sense to drive the way back to the originally exit, because the driving distance was twice as much as from the point of the u-turn? I think there is a buck in nokia maps regarding that point.Another thing which made my curious was, that after the recalculation, nokia maps tried to send me all the time on opposite site the highway enter.If anyone knows something about this points let me know.
View 4 Replies View RelatedI am having a huge issues with my e-mail/internet and text messaging capabilities with my tour plus the phone constantly shuts off. I am on my 3rd tour (2nd replacement phone). This issue started about 4-6 weeks ago w/my first tour, it was replaced then the second one started randomly shutting off, then I am now on tour #3 and am having major issues:I'm not able to get a signal to receive phone calls, text messages or e-mails and today while I was at work (same spot for the last 6 months -- haven't moved and never had an internet/signal problem before) when I got out of work I had 18 e-mails, 16 text messages, 2 missed calls and my battery was practically drained and dying (which by the way under mobile connections and mobile network if I put it on 1VEX it can never find a signal or is always searching for a signal whereas if I put it as Global it can find a signal).I got this phone because I'm an avid overseas traveler and I need a phone w/me when I leave however this is causing a lot of frustration and annoyance.I've done everything to all devices:hard pull, complete hard drive wipe, updated service books, turned mobile networks on and off, made sure I had the most up-to-date software available NOTHING works.any suggestions?

The following day the blackberry just starting showing the JVM ERROR 525 with a white background. Now the phone anly shows the white screen and the JVM ERROR 525.

Is it possible to save my contacts if I have not backed up when fixing this error? I have a Tour 9630 and telus is my carrier. View 4 Replies View RelatedI'm about to lose it completely with this error. I've tried so many "fixes" but none of them work. Here's my problem:
My phone loads up and:
I get an old background I've never used
I cannot make a call
I cannot open my email
I cannot open my text
I cannot open my voicemail
I cannot open my browser
All attempts to do so freeze my phone and result in the unhappy "App Error 523" with the only option to reset.
It gets better...
Battery Pulls do nothing.
All attempts to connect to my PC result in the unhappy error.
All attempts to do a diagnosis result in the unhappy error.
I really have no idea what to do and all technical support from blackberry leads to dead ends and no result.
Pioneer Tour 9630 I cannot get into the phone for any OS Version, I assume it is relatively current as the phone is less than two months old.
A battery pull did not fix the issue
The apps I loaded were google earth, a GPS Navigation system, ESPN, and weather.
All my phone will do is show a white screen with Error 503 Reset. I have tried taking the battery out and that did not work. All it get is a white screen with a little timer in the middle for 3 or 4 minutes.
It will not connect or do anything with the desktop manager. I have tried the launcher to get it connected, but to no avail.
I have BB 9630 tour.After I have installed the recent update of app world , it shows that a blackberry indentity server need to installed. When clik ok to install it , it shows a error 80003 and message upadte of bb indentity server failed. I can't access the app world since then.

I have deleted contact photos check email address deleted several contacts, backup the device to no success checked the bb blogs nothing seems to be working and trying to figure out how to "speak" with someone at BB is next to impossible. Is there a Fix without making this my major task in life..

Between the process of it going down, i was no longer revieving emails on my phone, so I deleted the account in hopes to simply re-add it and be back in business.Now that I deleted it, im not able to re-add it. Go figure. Im putting my account and password in correctly, and usually it would just load onto my phone. Say I were to restore a prior backup when the email was working, will it be all set?What the heck am i missing this time?

Can't find reference to this code anywhere, and don't know what's causing it (it stops after reviewing all Outlook contact records). The error occurs on two separate BB's with different contact lists.

Both videos show up in my video list with the correct duration but neither play. View 4 Replies View RelatedI have a MacBook and I haven't really done anything that could cause this problem. I removed the AP News program and on the next reboot, it comes up with the error screen that says Reload Software 552. I didn't back up anything because I didn't even foresee this coming. I'm reading that I have to completely reinstall the OS again, and I've also read that I can go into my Blackberry on my computer and remove the newly installed(and in this case, uninstalled) application. I'm not currently home so I can't try this but I'm wondering if anyone has other solutions. This is super weird because I had a dream I jumped into a pool with my phone last night and it broke.

View 7 Replies View RelatedSince upating the software on my BB Tour 9630, I am often unable to click on links and web buttons in the browser (or during games like the pre-installed Texas Hold Em poker). Often I'll have to click a link/button 2 or 3 times (or I'll need to click "menu" then "open link" while the cursor is on the link). This is NOT problem with the roller ball it's the software and I never experienced this prior to the update. I've read suggestions on other boards to remove the battery for 30 seconds and then re-install it, but that hasn't help.

View 5 Replies View RelatedI am running v5.0.0.419 on Verizon. Never had any issues until this weekend when I can suddenly not connect to any web pages. I always get the "HTTP Error 400: Bad Request" dialog. And under the details "Connection refused". Not sure what to try other than several battery pulls, etc. Again, never had any issues until a few days ago havent loaded any new apps, etc.
