BB Tour :: Can't Call Or Email In London
Jun 25, 2011I landed in London this morning (I live in the USA, east coast) and my BB tour 9630 that is supposed to work internationally isn't.Are there settings I need to change?

BB Tour 9630 :: Music Getting Interrupted For Incomeing Call / Email / Message
Jul 18, 2010So the thread title pretty much sums it up, but is there a way to stop incoming calls/messages/emails from pausing Pandora, Slacker or my music player on my phone? It’s pretty annoying when music stops anytime ther is incoming anything. I’ve gone through settings and what not and haven’t found anything so far.

got my reservation mail from apple.now my question: will they sell to foreigners(i'm from Belgium and it's only 2 hours with the eurostar)ive read on forums because it's an unlocked full price iphone you don't have to show a UK ID or have to prove you live in the UK etc. to buy it.

Oct 3, 2012I am unable to setup my gmail account because I don't see the 'I want to create or add an email address' option button in the email setup screen..The setup screen only displays 'I want to use a work email account with a BlackBerry Enterprise Server'
Is there a way to add the 'I want to create or add an email address' to the email setup screen.?Do I need to flash the os? how do I do that?

May 10, 2011I am trying to add my Qwest email to my Blackberry Tour but I am not having any luck. I was on phone with Verizon and had me go through the email wizard - POP, email, password, mail server, user name - but no luck. The Verizon rep suggested that I set up a gmail to make it was not my phone - was able to set up a gmail account in 40 seconds - so it is not the phone - called Qwest customer service - the best they could do was get me a guy who handles DSL technical problems - in other words - useless. So, just checking here, if anyone has been able to find a solution to this problem.

Mar 6, 2010OK I had to call 911 last night for the first time on my new BB after witnessing a Hit & Run, and when later filling out a statement for the police, They wanted the time of the accident in my statment. Well i went to my BB to look up in the call Log to see what time i called, but the 911 Call dose not show up in the call log.
Is this normal? Is there another way to find the call log info for that call, or dose BB not keep records of it? I Just got my BB late dec so I'm still faiirly new to BB's

Feb 11, 2010Is anyone able to get an audible alert that you have received a text message while in a call? I have set the settings in the options (Ring Tones/Alerts), but it does not beep while in a call. I have also noticed that there is a setting for each contact to alert in a call (default set to no). However, shouldn't the setting in the options menu menu override that if it is set to notify in call?

Jul 18, 2010Unless I never noticed it I was wondering is there an option where I can ignore a call if I don't know the phone number? The reason I ask is I will be in the United States from July 30 - August 27, however I already purchased an American calling plan that gives me 100 roaming free minutes when I make or recieve a call. Anyway it also turns out my number is 1 digit off from the University of Toronto, so there have been a few times when I got phone calls from people thinking that's who they are calling. Now the reason why I am asking is if I can ignore some calls is just incase I see a phone number I don't know while I am in the United States, so I don't want to pick it up and I don't want it going to my voice mail incase they leave me one and then I need to call it and delete it.

BB Tour 9630 :: Email - How To Make Email "PUSH " Faster
Mar 17, 2010I'm sure this has been asked before so I apologize ahead of time, but I was wondering if there was a way to make your email "push" faster. Right now it takes me sometimes at least 10 minutes to receive an email after it's sent, I was wondering if there's a way to make your email push like every 2 minutes instead of every 10.
Also sometimes when I send an email with my blackberry, the person I send it to receives it as a message with all symbols and not the message I sent. Is this a known problem, or is something wrong with my blackberry?
