BB Tour 9630 :: 911 Call Logs

OK I had to call 911 last night for the first time on my new BB after witnessing a Hit & Run, and when later filling out a statement for the police, They wanted the time of the accident in my statment. Well i went to my BB to look up in the call Log to see what time i called, but the 911 Call dose not show up in the call log.
Is this normal? Is there another way to find the call log info for that call, or dose BB not keep records of it? I Just got my BB late dec so I'm still faiirly new to BB's

I've read a couple tips on how to delet call logs and while they have worked, I'm still not able to delete the call history that you find when you press the green call key.I've gone into messages, gone into view folder, and selected phone call logs.fter I've pressed delete prior and my call history is gone. However, I still can't figure out how to delet the history I find by pressing that green button

When I make a call there is a box near the volume that has 5 x's in it. It reminds me of dice. Any clue what it can be? I was going to go Verizon store tomorrow.

Is anyone able to get an audible alert that you have received a text message while in a call? I have set the settings in the options (Ring Tones/Alerts), but it does not beep while in a call. I have also noticed that there is a setting for each contact to alert in a call (default set to no). However, shouldn't the setting in the options menu menu override that if it is set to notify in call?

Unless I never noticed it I was wondering is there an option where I can ignore a call if I don't know the phone number? The reason I ask is I will be in the United States from July 30 - August 27, however I already purchased an American calling plan that gives me 100 roaming free minutes when I make or recieve a call. Anyway it also turns out my number is 1 digit off from the University of Toronto, so there have been a few times when I got phone calls from people thinking that's who they are calling. Now the reason why I am asking is if I can ignore some calls is just incase I see a phone number I don't know while I am in the United States, so I don't want to pick it up and I don't want it going to my voice mail incase they leave me one and then I need to call it and delete it.

My missed call indicator will not go off. I have cleared the call logs, I have cleared the missed calls folder, you name it. I pulled the battery, not once but twice,and it is still there.

Does anyone have the issue of when someone calls you and there # is in your phone book but it doesn't show there name when they call.it only shows there number? I don't know how to get rid of it....if I even can.

Recently I have noticed a new icon appearing in the upper-right corner of my screen when making a call. It's a small square that has a series of +s running diagonally across it. I don't know if I've accidentally changed a setting.

This is going to sound crazy, but every time I end a call on my VZW tour, a song by Justin Beiber plays. I hate this kid, and I think that he can NOT sing. I do not have any songs on my phone by him. I haven't received any MMS messages with this song in it.
It plays a song every time I end a call. It's getting embarrassing. I don't have a radio application open or anything.

Any clue how to get the Call Forwarding menu back?

So the thread title pretty much sums it up, but is there a way to stop incoming calls/messages/emails from pausing Pandora, Slacker or my music player on my phone? It’s pretty annoying when music stops anytime ther is incoming anything. I’ve gone through settings and what not and haven’t found anything so far.

I am in the process of buying a W595. The main thing that troubles me is a VERY short call history list. According to specifications this is 10 + 10 + 10 for received, dialed and missed calls. Is there a way to keep records of at least 100 or hopefully more incoming and outgoing calls?

Can you replace a tour trackball with a curve one? I heard somewhere that it was possible. I changed the housing in my Tour to make it white but the trackball doesn't sit right and i have a problem scrolling down. I can't seem to get the trackball to sit properely in this housing its just not centered. If i can put a curve trackball in, which model curve do i use?

I got questions on Call Logs, Missed Call - If you get missed calls from the same number multiple times, you'll know the number of missed calls but only the details (Date/time) of the last missed call. If there a settings to see the details of all the calls.The same goes with Received Calls and Dialled numbers call logs, only the last is shown.

The service is there coz i called the carrier and confirmed that i have it and i can forward called on other phones with the same sim card. But theres "call forwarding" option on my blackberry. btw the device is unlocked. Does it have anything to do with Service Book or becoz its unlocked?

I had "Extended call logs" installed and it used to work fine. I could select the delete the calls from my call log. however after upgrading to PR1.2, when I tap on Ex call log, it seems to run for a while and comes back to the desktop.am i missing something? is there a new way to work with it?

I hate having my email in the message center so I deleted it. The only other option is to add sms/mms which I already have a sms/mms on the front page of the blackberry. So how do I add my call logs? I dont know what else to add besides that if thats not possible.

I own a Torch 9800 and since yesterday, the missed call log won't clear. so everytime I need it to clear, I need to pull out the battery, put it back i, however, as soon as I get another missed call, the same happens, i.e. I have to pull out every time I get a missed call for it to clear.

Something went wrong to my xperia ray last week. got a missed call and i wanted to see who was the person. my call logs menu gone. how do i retrieve my call logs menu back? FYI, i upgraded my xperia ray to ICS last month. no problem at all that moment. right now i am using 3rd party app to see my call logs.

Post 5.1.1 Android update on my Xperia Z3, whenever my phone is restarted, the contacts and call logs are not showing up. It takes a lot of time to show the contacts. And the device restarts on its own several times and it gets heated up alot. Is this a software bug?
