View 4 Replies View RelatedIf I want to make the Z5 a call and dial the number and pick up the phone, the screen goes black and I can do nothing more. It then responds to anything, not even on the Power button until the other ends the call. Then, the screen lights up again and it goes back all normal.

The screen wouldn't wake up despite me tapping on it, or pressing all the available buttons. Holding the power button does trigger a vibration, but I don't see a thing on the screen. However, it does wake up when I plug in the earpiece.
My screen goes black every time i get on a call and i'm unable to use other applications while on a call. I've tried hitting all the buttons when that happens, the screen doesn't come back on.

Sometime ago noticed that 920 screen goes black when I answer the call or press Call button. And while the screen is black it doesn't response either. Its almost impossible to cancel call when this happens.Only means to cancel the call I've come up with so far is to push lock button twice and try to push End call button when it appears for appr. 0,2 seconds and then disappears again.
View 5 Replies View RelatedWhen I'm trying to make a phone call (from contacts or hand dialed number) the screen goes black and it is not responsive any more until the other party hang up (plus 30seconds). I tried reboot phone, factory default, no screen protector; changing sim card in the phone gave the same problem. As soon as I hit the dial button screen is black.

View 4 Replies View RelatedIf I make a call as soon as I press to dial the screen goes black and I can't reactivate it unless the person in the other end hangs up, so if it goes to voice mail I have to restart my device, if the person hangs up I have to double tap the power button to wake it up but that activates the camera, that's the only way I'm able to do it.
Fully stock and up to date firmware
Do your Nexus 6P screen go black during a call. Mine does on every call. My display settings is set for 1-minute. I call Huawei support. The lady says that the screen is suppose to go and stay off during a call. Never heard of that from a phone. You cannot respond or do anything during the call.

My phone used to keep a charge for THREE days...it was wonderful! Now since the update, I have to charge it every day even if it's just standby. Plus, if I'm on a call with the screen turned off, when an incoming call comes in, I am unable to turn the screen back on in order to answer. Plus, sometimes the phone is so sensitive that when the face is pressed up against it, it goes haywire and cancels out a call. The sensitivity is way too high. I am using Straight Talk as my provider so is there a way, I can remove all the AT&T stuff? And which ones do I not need? I don't like a lot of bloatware on my phone.

View 1 Replies View RelatedThe screen on my Blackberry Torch will all of a sudden go completely black. I know the battery is not dead, because the keyboard will be lit up. I checked & it has the latest OS. I've also hard booted it several times by pulling the battery. Sometimes I can get the screen to come back on. Sometimes I also freezes up when it comes back on. This is the first time I've had problems with my Torch.

View 5 Replies View RelatedI did a bettery pull and when i replaced the battery my Torch 9800 slide touch screen goes black when I slide it up. The phone works otherwise. The screen works properly when the slide is in the down position.
View 1 Replies View RelatedScreen has recently been blacking out. The problem occurs just as mysteriously as it starts back up again. I tried backing up phone and then doing an update without backup and then restoring. I removed battery both while plugged in and not plugged in. Not sure if this is a hardware or software issue, but it seems as if there are many posts with similar problems. I am two years into a three year plan and the cost of a new phone at this point is not great with the early upgrade fees.
