I found that my screen light sensor (which actually works b4 under different environment lighting) and the LED notification light (it works b4 while I got the missed call or sms) do not work after update to android 2.1... One more is, the screen color gradation seem worst that b4...is it normal?

Jan 18, 2012Torch 9860. Used it for 3 days.. My torch can't switch on, because when I put in battery red light on the top is always on and don't turn off. So reboot don't start and not possible to reinstall OS.How to make the red light turn off and let torch reboot?

Oct 2, 2011so i have no idea why but all the bottoms on the front of the phone stay on 24/7.... I've added a picture here to show you - I've tried everything i can't seem to fix this - as you can see the lights are always on... I've done the Battery pull, done a system wipe , it's never been dropped and it's not wet ( the sticker is white and not pink)... i bought this online..
the current OS and software is6.0 Bundle 2647 (v6.0.0.600, platform 6.6.0.223)

I'm happy with the look and feel of Nova, but I noticed that my notification light isn't working for messages.only sms messages are being affected, as the light still comes on when charging/viewing the lockscreen/when Facebook messages come in.I'm currently using Textra as my default app; I tried switching back to LG's message app, but it didn't fix the issue.

Oct 14, 2011So I was on the internet earlier and it said the pages security certificate was out of date but I knew it was a trusted site so I clicked continue and finished using my phone and put it in my back pocket. When I next check my phone the LED light was permanatly stuck on and the battery really quickly drained so I charged it up but it will only charge to 50% and the light is still on, I've pulled out the battery and left it.

Apr 13, 2011Some time ago my Tour started to act up. This is my Second Tour under this conract. The top row keys stopped working and then the unit would only work only when it felt like. In the password field random characters would be generated and then the field would fill up - so I remove the password. Then it would start using the voice dialing feature at random. So I changed the left button to Clock and the dialing stopped. I also upgraded to OS5.0.0.4.19. It works a little better now, but the low light condition problem means that the phone works occasionally indoors but not outside at night. For instance, it works in my Office (flourescent), bathroom (incandescent) but not in my living room (window). It is out of warrranty and i am stuck wiht 1.5 years to go in my contract. Battery has been pulled a thousand times.

Sep 19, 2012my blackberry has been doing this thing lately where i'm using it and it just turns off without letting my know battery is low (and it usualy isn't even low) and today I recieved a phone call, I was speaking on the phone for less that a minute when it turned off.I tried to charge it and turn it back on, and now it's on, working (i'm still recieving messages etc) but theres nothing on the screen, it's completely black, not even a red lighttried taking the battery out, tried charging, nothings working It's had no water damage at all.

Jan 26, 2012So my phone stared shutting itself off. It won't reboot. Instead of turning on, a red light comes on, stays on for a few seconds, and then shuts off. And the cycle repeats. It has been doing it for 8 hours today. It was doing it last night as well, I finally got it to turn on after 3 hours. But today it hasn't. I have tried connecting it to my computer. It says it can't connect because the battery is dead or it is resetting, which both are not true. I have tried pulling the battery numerous times, nothing helps. I took the matter to AT&T. They don't know what is going on either. The phone is about a year and 4 months old and its up to date.

May 31, 2012I am trying to find a way to disable the red indicator light for calls. I use a call block app but each time a call is blocked the red indicator light flashes. The light continues to flash until I do a hard reset.
Is there anyway to disable the indicator light completely?
I have changed LED indicator settings in all the profiles to off.
