so i have no idea why but all the bottoms on the front of the phone stay on 24/7.... I've added a picture here to show you - I've tried everything i can't seem to fix this - as you can see the lights are always on... I've done the Battery pull, done a system wipe , it's never been dropped and it's not wet ( the sticker is white and not pink)... i bought this online..
the current OS and software is6.0 Bundle 2647 (v6.0.0.600, platform 6.6.0.223)
Torch 9860. Used it for 3 days.. My torch can't switch on, because when I put in battery red light on the top is always on and don't turn off. So reboot don't start and not possible to reinstall OS.How to make the red light turn off and let torch reboot?

When I next check my phone the LED light was permanatly stuck on and the battery really quickly drained so I charged it up but it will only charge to 50% and the light is still on, I've pulled out the battery and left it.

It has been doing it for 8 hours today. It was doing it last night as well, I finally got it to turn on after 3 hours. But today it hasn't. I have tried connecting it to my computer. It says it can't connect because the battery is dead or it is resetting, which both are not true. I have tried pulling the battery numerous times, nothing helps. I took the matter to AT&T. The LED indicator will be lit up for a short period of time, for a total of two times. After that, the system reboots itself. It is not because of the bluetooth (I leave it off and do not use.) if the message indicator is on it is purple (blue + red). The other colors still work but end up blended with the blue. I have pulled the battery. (obviously it didn't help or I wouldn't be posting this.) I have contacted my carrier for support. No help. They will just replace the phone. My warranty is void and can't afford to buy a new torch. I have turned off everything I can and checked all options. Check the cpu and can not find anything running that shouldn't be.
