my web browser icon no longer shows up on my "ALL" tray, but it is stil visible on my "Favourites" tray on my torch.I've tried moving it over from the favorites to all, but it did not work. I also clicked "Show All" and the icon did not show up in gray when I did so.

About 6 weeks ago, I started to see missing words/phrases in my browser at many different websites and at various times. Some pages are missing over 50% of the links and/or text. I tried a battery pull, nothing. I tried clearing history/cache, etc, nothing. I unchecked Auto-Detect Text Encoding, nothing. Tried to various Defalt Text Encoding options, no change.
I recently upgraded my DroidX Android to Version 2.3.3. My System version is 4.5.605.MB810Verizon,en.US.After the upgrade, my app tray went missing. How do I get this back?

I installed it, still not found, I tried HIDDEN options, tried RE-BOOTINGI found a page where there were 4 causes and 4 resolutions given. The first 3 i tried and no use. The 4 th option is to click the given URL and update the device software, but that URL itself is not working.

If I look on BB desktop Maps is installed. Also on my phone Maps is installed but I didn't have an icon to start this software.

Well I setup three email accounts, one of which is gmail (my main one). It is the only one of the three that did not create an icon when I confirmed it was setup. It only shows up messages in the main messaging icon for all email accounts.I have hard restarted the phone, I have uninstalled and reinstalled all the emails again, nothing changes.

It doesn't even show up in the menu (device/delete data) after I sync'd. I do receive messages but without notification. Also the character length is only 28 per message (incoming). Outgoing is OK. Contacts are all there.the SMS in the menu there is ticked. Also I do not receive FaceBook notifications.

The last two days I had the exact looking icon but this time it's called Startup2. Even when I reboot my phone it stays there. I've gone so far as to downgrade my OS and upgrade again, but it still does not go away. The icon looks like the icon on the Application folder. It is square with a thick white line at the top. Sort of like a "window".

I set the inbox settings so that some of the email addresses do not show in the Messages inbox, however, they still show a small icon notification at the top tray when there are unread messages there.
How can I customize the unread messages notification tray icon so that it doesn't show unread emails from certain email accounts?
I have an unrooted S2 running Android v2.3.4, which I connect to my PC using USB debugging off.I do this because I have the Widgetsoid app installed, and use it for one-click USB mass storage access on my PC when the phone is connected.when I connect via USB however (through Widgetsoid or the "clean" way though the Wireless Settings), my home screen seems to refresh, and the Social Hub icon I have at the bottom of the screen (along with Applications, Call and Contacts) vanishes. This happens every time I mount the mass storage, meaning I have to go into the application menu to drag it back into the tray and save it again, but the same repeats each time.

All I have is a phone icon that is for Visual Voice Mail, which I am not signed up for and don't want to be. i was going to try and log on to the internet using my storm 9530 and i noticed that i don't have a "browser" icon in my menu applications, so i couldn't access the internet to surf or download anything..n how i could get the browser icon? i don't remember ever deleting any applications on my phone
