Just completed the latest Torch OS update and BBM update - everything works except that my BBM Group has diappeared. When I tried to scan myself back into the group I was told I am already a member but it doesnt show on BBM. Done the battery pull trick - no good. Not sure what to do next.

Today i just lost the groups in my BBM. but if you share a photo, the group names are still there. they are just missing from the list in BBM.
View 8 Replies View RelatedAfter the ICS update my email groups won't function. When i type in the group name it doesn't appear as an option for me to select. This is incredibly frustrating. What's more, the only way you can use the group is by navigating to contacts, scrolling over to groups, then pushing the group, then clicking "send email" this would be fine if i always selected the group before sending the email, but my primary use case is taking a picture and sending it to a distribution group (pictures of my kid sent to grandparents and family every day). When I take the picture then click the button to attach it to an email, then try to type in the group name, it doesn't appear.
View 3 Replies View RelatedCouple of days ago I've noticed that my phone E51 is lack of "OK" button - to be more precise: when I'm creating new SMS/ MMS message and I'm going to add contact, the cell phone displays all my contacts, I can select one or more persons but can not confirm by OK button (normally placed at left lower corner of the screen) because there is not "OK" letters and linked button doesn't respond.
See picture below - there is OK button, mine E51 doesn't have that on.Additionally my contact groups are missing and I can not display them - they are gone.I've reset my phone with the code *#7???# but notching changed. Afterwards I've tried to upload my contacts' backup to my cell phone - and PC suite said there is synchronization problem - but nothing more... "Contact's can not be synchronized"...
i have 4 groups on my bb all of a sudden one group isn't working. I am seeing all the messages but they cant see mine. i have deleted an recreated an re add reboot an still nothing. it is sayin 'unreachable" on the other ppl phones?

I noticed earlier this week that my BB Messenger App Icon has gone missing, I saw I had a message come to me and went to answer it but couldn't get to read it until I went to Switch Application mode where I saw it but it's not fully highlighted. I found that I could get my messages this way.Why would this happen.I proceeded to uninstall the app and reinstall it after going right through the review page in BB App World, when completed I tried again to find it and move it to my home page folder but still can't see it anywhere; what should I do now?

The device version currently install is 7.0.0.254. The premium activation key that I had purchased on the past for the 9800 does not install on the new device 9810.

I was using App World, Facebook, and Twitter normally without any problem, I got notifications for upgrading these applications, then all icons has been disappeared, while at application management they are installed. I follow all similar issues, uninstalled then cleared the cash, reinstall, downgrading the versions for appworld. Finally I wiped the phone and downloading the App world, I faced the same issue. the phone became useless, by the way I'm using these services through WiFi. It is worth mentioning that all other applications are working fine, such us, Whatsapp, browser, etc.

View 2 Replies View RelatedNoticed yesterday in my Favorites screen that many icons were no longer there. My browser for example. So I went to my "All" screen and highlighted my browser and pressed  and clicked "unmark as favorite". Then I clicked  again and chose "Mark as favorite". That put my browser back into my favorites list. But now its gone again today, along with all the others I had to unmark and then re-mark. Anyone else had this happen?

This is a very serious situation because I need to refer back to my calendar and look at past appointments. I checked my sync settings and I have it set that my phone overrides my Outlook calendar and on my phone I have it set to save appointments forever.

Well I setup three email accounts, one of which is gmail (my main one). It is the only one of the three that did not create an icon when I confirmed it was setup. It only shows up messages in the main messaging icon for all email accounts.I have hard restarted the phone, I have uninstalled and reinstalled all the emails again, nothing changes.

View 2 Replies View RelatedI recently upgraded to Blackberry Torch and at first everything was fine with my emails, but I recently upgraded also my version of AOL, and not sure if it's connected, but now all my emails come though with text missing, it's really random, usually a few words from each paragraph, sometimes whole paragraphs, I go to SEE IN PLAIN TEXT and sometimes this reveals some more, often most of what is missing, but then missing what's in HTML, I've tried clearing the check box for allowing HTML emails, and it makes no difference one way or the other.

Yesterday, my phone crashed and gave me an error message, forcing me to update my software and wiping the phone in the process. It did this once before as well. When I went to go restore my blackberry after the update, the last backup file I could find was from May. I backed it up two days ago. I've backed it up a ton of times since last May. This doesn't make any sense.I've lost all my contacts, all my messages, everything that I gained in the last six months.Does anyone know where the files could be, or why Desktop Manager might have messed up like this and not actually been making backups when it said it was? I restored with the May backup and tried backing it up, and of course now it works and the file is in the Blackberry Backups folder. I've searched for .bbb files on my computer and found nothing beyond what's in the folder.
