All my music pictures and videos on my blackberry is missing I tried taking the battery out for 10mins I. Then put it back an it worked the first 2 times but now it doesn't work and every time I take a picture it doesn't save.... What can I do to get my music pictures and videos back
View 1 RepliesI discovered that when I click Media/Expore only the Device file folder displays. The Media file is gone. My camera had 400+ photos on it, and now it says only 16 pictures available, with 0 items in the Camera Pictures. Not only that, the flash is continually lit, and the device gets quite warm, and the battery runs low quickly. I had not recently done a back up, but when I did, it indicated that there were no photos to back up! There is no SD card installed, never had one. I have pulled the battery multiple times, even over night, and nothing is fixed. The camera was working the night before, and when I went to look at the pics the following morning, the flash light was on, and the file and all photos were gone!

I'm trying to add some ringtones to my Torch. They are there and I can see them in the file manager or when I sync to my Mac. But when I go to the ringtones folder, they are not listed. There is an option to select music for a ringtone, so I put the mp3 file in the music folder along with other music files, but none show up.
The same thing happens when I take pictures with the phone. If I look at the pictures folder, it says no pictures. But if I go through file manager to the media card, I can see the pictures.
I can't open my media file..It's empty but I can see my files only when I connect it to PC. And when I try to open the media card from the file folder gives me this message UNABLE TO DISPLAY FILE/MEDIA CARD.

View 3 Replies View RelatedI am able to transfer media files (mp3) to the phone with my Ubuntu 12.04 with no problem at all. However, the phone does not recognize files when I go to Nokia Music application. Software says that all the Music "folders" (Albums, Genres etc.) are empty. I have tried putting the mp3 files in all possible folders ( music, documents etc) on phone, but no luck. I have also tried several different mp3 files.

View 3 Replies View Relatedusing OpenCore (under the stock audio player), the media player will not play newer MP3 files with high bit-rate encoding. Any of my MP3 files encoded in such a manner come up unsupported and will not play. However, lo and behold, I put the MP3s on my ORIGINAL DROID, and they play just fine using Stagefright (under the stock audio player) in Froyo. Attempting to use Stagefright on the X2 results in skipping/stuttering with these files (though there are no issues with other files). So, what now? After all of the music skipping/stuttering issues, certain MP3 files are now just completely unsupported? What gives? I continue to be completely and utterly let down by this POS phone and the complete lack of support.

Today I noticed that when I hit the mute button on the top of my phone that it no longer takes me to my media folder. I thought the button may have broken somehow, however, after locking my phone I hit the button and it unlocked it just fine. So apparently its not broken, it just up and quit taking me to my media.Is there a way to set the mute button as a shortcut again so I don't have to go through the menu button to get to my music, pics etc?
