May 21, 2011In my bbm contacts the contacts get deleted automatically and again i have to reinvite them .this problem is coming everytime .

BB Storm :: All Contacts Were Deleted By It
Mar 29, 2010All of my contacts have been deleted by my phone. I know it sounds nuts. I did not do anything to delete anything that I am aware of. I don't go into those things for fear of doing that. It started last week when my phone was not showing my contact name with the phone number when someone would call me. I went to go and pull up a number today and my entire contact book was empty.
I have already tried the following:
-Battery pull, waited for 15 secs.
-Checked my address book filters-both boxes are unchecked
-completed a restore,still nothing!

Apr 18, 2015I tired solution : settings - apps - all - contacts - force stop - restart... it did not return anything (did not return a contact number)
I added contacts from my other phone, manually adding them was a hard job.. since my old phone was a old nokia model (not smartphone) then after a day or 2... I noticed a notification called "SYNC" it said... too many contacts to delete... then i noticed all my contacts deleted...
Then I added some numbers again... but it got deleted again...and I also noticed... some random contacts have appeared on my phonebook, majority of them has pictures..of different nationalities.. and I don't know any of them, and i did not add them too, also... i checked if filter was the case.. the filter settings is fine...

Aug 28, 2014This morning all my contacts were fine, but when I went to send a text message this afternoon, I noticed that some of my contact names had disappeared and it was just their number in the message thread. As I looked through all the contacts that had just disappeared from my text messages, I noticed that all of them had been added since I got my new phone a little less than a year ago. Any contact I had on my old phone was still there. I turned my phone off and on, but it didn't work. Then I went to check if the contacts were still on my computer in the iCloud, and they were gone from there, too. How do I get them all back?

Mar 4, 2012Alright so, I've never had a hitch with my blackberry since I got it in August 2011.Recently I could be talking to my friend on BBM and the next minute it's saying I no longer have them as a contact and if i'd like to reinvite them? It's starting to get really annoying because it happens about 4 or 5 times a day with multiple contacts. I've tried restoring my phone back to an earlier date, I've updated bbm and I'm now running out of options because I can't delete BBM and reinstall it because I don't have the option anymore.

Oct 27, 2015Many of my contacts have been multiplied without any action from me. There are >150 copies of >50 contacts which can not be deleted. I assume the problem is linked to LinkedIn since all multiple contacts have the LinkedIn logo. May 27, 2012I updated my iPhone to iOs 5.1 recently. I share my account with two other people and when i was restoring my contacts another person's contacts went on my phone. I deleted them and replaced them with my own since I wrote down my contacts just incase and as I did this it started to do the same to the person whos numbers were restored on my phone. Got my service back on today and decided to reboot it and make sure the 3G and everything could fully reset. THEN I realize that my contacts are messed up, where some are completely missing, and others are multiplied 3,5,7 or 10 times! And this is not because there are multiple #'s under one contact - the same number and name is listed multiple times.

He is not an avid crackberry user, so did not have his contacts backed up on his computer, and of course he lost his contacts, except for the ones with email addresses attached to them for some reason. Jun 24, 2010security wipe (not done on purpose ) deleted all my contacts but nothing else . Is there any way by any means to get them back ? No sink backup was mad prior to this and just now have a computer to use to do this or anything else . the security wipe had something to do with spelling blackberry and entering a password . The reason was to delete a certificate but once I enetered the password the screen went white ----a progress bar appeared and when it was done and rebooted all my contacts were gone and the cert was still there.

Jun 9, 2012Currently I am weeding my Outlook contacts and deleting loads, how can I make sure that these amendments/deletions are then synced on my phone? I.e. a one way operation so that the deleted and amended details from Outlook are implemented on my phone. My fear is that the deleted contacts will be transferred back onto my pc after syncing my phone or that something unecpected may happen due to my ignorance of the process.
