Nov 16, 2012my AppWorld has disappeared . I tried to reinstall but after installing it reboots again application doesn't comes up .

BB Storm 9500 :: AppWorld Icon Has Disappeared / Tried Reinstall
Apr 10, 2010I just got my phone yesteday and I started downloading apps. I woke up this morning and the App World icon is gone. I've checked all the folders and I didn't accidentally move it. I've tried reinstalling it, but it still won't show up. I've rebooted the phone with QuickPull and nothing has changed.I'm also having the issue that some of the apps I emailed to my hotmail account won't click thru to the AppWorld either.Basically AppWorld is messed up, but reboots and reinstalls haven't worked.

Jun 16, 2010I received a notification of a BB Appworld update a few days ago and tried installing OTA and for some reason it failed. Since then the AppWorld Icon has disappeared. I tried "Show all" and such to see if it got hidden but no such luck. Have tried battery pulls and deleting and re-downloading the app to no avail. Even though the icon is not showing my Application list shows it as an installed app, what gives?

The system keeps telling the following: "an error has occured, please try again later". I have reinstalled BB Appworld twice. There's no problem if I access BB Appworld with my PC.

Aug 16, 2010Since I got my Torch, I have had problems with Appworld:
1. The app itself cannot be download for OS6. It states "Sorry, your device does not meet the system requirements that are needed to support Blackberry App World."When will this be available?
2. Downloading apps via the web page results in an email that gets sent that redirects me to the page to get the email sent to me again... so, I can't download the app this way, either.
BB Torch :: Appworld Vanished Fter Update
Apr 18, 2012I had a notification telling me there was a new version of Blackberry App World available. So as usual I updated it and then continued with the reboot that was needed after. I didn't look but later that day I wanted to download something and was shocked to find blackberry appeared was not there. It still shows as being downloaded on my phones management but it is not on the menu. I have deleted it and reinstalled it off the website but it still doesn't come back.

Said yes, download seemed to work but no icon or means of accessing it - either before or after the latest download. When the phone was new I may have deleted the icon I suppose ... Aug 18, 2010I've been going around and around with this issue for the last couple days. When I opened citysearch it said there was an update. After updating it all it did was open, nothing else, then it just closed. So I deleted it, thinking I'd reinstall it, but it doesn't show up in appworld when I do a search. So I go to appworld online and send have it send me a link, but no reinstall button. So i delete appworld to see if that will fix it. now when I try to reinstall it I get the message..."sorry your device does not meet the system requirements that are needed to support blackberry app world" Ok.....so I reinstall the os just for the heck of it. Still same thing. Why is it so difficult to add apps to this phone? I never had this kind of grief with my 9000.

I uninstalled app world (it shows up I under the applications manager but the icon does not show up as a icon on my blackbery). Her emails stopped pushing so I re-sent the service books and now they work again.But now one of her email folders has completely disappeared but she still gets messages from that account seen in the combined Messages folder.I've tried battery pulls and deleting and re-adding the account but still no folder shows up for it, I can only see those messages through the "Messages" folder which is annoying.
