Mar 24, 2010I have been using an N900 for more than a month now and I had an iph0ne 2g before. Yesterday, I was trying to locate a place (London) using Ovi maps and I got completely lost. I never had such a problem before with google maps which pinpoint my location much more precisely (using EDGE) than Ovi maps using GPS. It might be that I am just dumb but has anyone had the same experience? how can I make Ovi maps more precise? using 3g instead of GPS?Many thanks for your time reading this and your reply if any.

My e-mail setup goes direct to Enterprise Account activation - no option to select internet mail account or Enterprise e-mail. I have tried factory reset - just incase I had messed up during the initial setup of the new phone. software is V6.0.0.600 platform6.6.0.233). My 3 UK account is internet enabled (all works on my old Samsung Galaxy S phone).

May 1, 2015I am attempting to use android device manager web page to locate my phones, and it finds my old Razr just fine but only finds my new S6 when the device is awake. If the phone has gone back to sleep from non-use the location cannot be found. Location History shows me driving across town just fine, even though the phone is on standby on my belt for the trip. It does not show my new galaxy tab 4 either.

Feb 3, 2015I got my verizon galaxy s5 stolen last week Monday and I'm wondering if there's any way to locate and wipe the phone? I know it's been over a week, but any way to locate and wipe the phone?
Last Monday night, I called the phone not too long after it was stolen and it went straight to voicemail. Later that night I suspended service. I went ahead and called the insurance I have for the phone and got another s5 delivered on Wednesday for a $99 deductible. I activated the phone that evening and it's been working fine since then.
I tried installing android device manager app on my new s5 and it wasn't able to locate my stolen s5 and my current s5.

Apr 29, 2011I can almost never use the "locate phone" function on my Curve 9300 even when it is giving me a clear GPS location. The loud noise function and message function work fine. I also have a Bold 9700. The locate phone function usually works on it, even when the 2 are side by side.

May 11, 2011I lost the " i" on the keyboard. Instead of the i I have some kind of |, i.e. a small vertical stripe without a point on top. This makes searches in the address book impossible (whenever I am looking for something with the " i" included).
The capital letter I is not a problem. I downloaded recently the app " Compass Pro" . Could this be a reason?

They show in the sms folder highlighted green i.e as it shows a draft sms however when I click into them there is nothing in there. Does anybody know what the reason for this is and how I can fix it/get these messages back or at least stop it from doing it again.
I have already set the storage to keep forever so should not be deleted automatically.
