i only changing my charging port and it showed dis problem....i have done everytin that needs to be done on the software section---security wipe,memory wipe,downgrade and upgrade OS,deleted apps---none worked....I think its more of a hardware problem than a software problem.

But for some reason when a few of them accepted and became contacts I was (and still am) unable to view their display pictures and the same people can't see mines. I never had this problem with my old BB torch 9860 and I have tried everything I can think of to fix the issue like rebooting, taking battery out, backing up contacts etc but I'm still having the same problem. I'm using blackberry messenger version 6.0.1.32.

It asked me for a reboot and then all of a sudden my blackberry won't start up. If i run it in safe mode i see battery charging for about 10 seconds and then battery with a red cross in the middle all over again.

View 9 Replies View RelatedI replaced my Torch 9800 LCD a couple days ago. The battery was dead, so when I connected it so it could charge, I saw that the charging screen was odd. It is supposed to be black and the gray battery with the yellow thingy, and it was a white background and instead of a yellow thingy, it was blue. Now all of my OS is inverted, I changed the option in the settings but nothing helped. In fact, when it is set to normal, it is inverted, and when is inverted, it is normal, I don't know what to do, this option does not affect the camera. When I use the camera it looks like negative or like an x ray.

View 2 Replies View RelatedSince around 2 weeks I have a Torch 9860. Yesterday evening, when I was not using the device the Torch suddenly stopped functioning. When I turned it on again it said it was setting up but it didn't do anything. So after a few minutes I turned it off and on again but now it didn't react at all (so screen stays black, no button lightens up etc.). I can't get it turned on again, not even when I removed the battery for a few minutes. I also tried to charge it again as I wanted to be sure the battery was charged but this doesn't work either.
