BB Torch :: Automatically Deleting Emails?
May 12, 2012I have recently purchased a Torch and set up two email accounts which both synch with Outlook. My emails are now being deleted from my Torch, although sent ones are still there. I have changed settings so email is deleted after 60 days. I read somewhere that I should turn off wireless reconcile, but that hasn't helped either. Does anyone have any other suggestions as the whole reason for having the blackberry is to connect with my emails remotely

Jan 27, 2012I just bought the new Torch 9810. All was working fine for 2 days. I have 3 email accounts on my BB, 1 hotmail and 2 yahoo accounts. Now all of a sudden 1 account is not sending through to my BB. I have checked my password and I have unistalled and reinstalled that email account onto my BB. I received the email to say it was activated but nothing after that.

Jan 9, 2012This is the third torch I have had in the last 3 months. I've returned the phone because it continues to delete texts and emails every week or so. Never do the emails or texts last more than a couple weeks. I always have my display options set to forever and I amy using less than 20% of the memory. I don't know what else to do, but it's extremely frustrating.

Jun 21, 2012opying contacts from a Bold 9810 to another 9810.Using the BB Desktop Software I did a full backup of the device (which contained 400+ contacts), then did a full restore on a new 9810, but only 200 contacts were copied over.Next I tried to do a selective restore, but although the 400+ contacts were in the file, it was grayed out and could not be selected. How can I get all the contacts into the new 9810. (Side note: I was able to restore the 400+ contacts to a BB Bold).

I have researched and seen other people having this issue after the update but I do not have the option to "Look down for Mail Days to Sync" and to then choose no limit from the settings, mail/contacts/calendars, yahoo account...
