i am started to using I4s 2weeks back. i lost my warrenty papper,whenever i connected wifi to phone my contacts nos which i saved in my contacts list will automaticaly deleting( if 100 contacts is there after connect to wifi its comedown to 63.

It keeps deleting people off my bbm when I am not even touching it. Say I switch off my phone to goto sleep and turn it back on when I wake up it auto deletes someone off my contact list on there.

I dont know why this happened, but over the past few weeks every night around 1:20-1:30AM EST i've been disappearing off about a half dozen or so of my friends' contact list. When I go to message them it asks me to re-invite them before I can. A few of my other friends have noticed it too where they get deleted from peoples' contact lists, no one that. We're all running version 5.0.0.57 if it helps

I have a iphone 4s and my Yahoo emails are automatically being deleted! I have researched and seen other people having this issue after the update but I do not have the option to "Look down for Mail Days to Sync" and to then choose no limit from the settings, mail/contacts/calendars, yahoo account...
When I first got this phone the email worked fine and just started doing this not too long ago! Also, all of my emails have been deleted from my yahoo account because my phone deleted them!

How can I add reminders to automatically appear at the top of the list (instead of at the bottom) in the Reminders app?Â
I prefer to see the most recent entries at the top of the list instead. When I ask Siri to add a reminder, they are always added to the bottom of the list. I know I can rearrange the order of each reminder individually, but this takes time and therefore it's frustrating. I am looking to automate this process instead. I read somewhere that I should turn off wireless reconcile, but that hasn't helped either. Does anyone have any other suggestions as the whole reason for having the blackberry is to connect with my emails remotely

I now have 300+ random email addresses in my contacts list that I cant seem to get rid of. Each will reinstall themselves a few minutes after I uninstall them. AVG finds the first 3 apps to be 'unwanted programs' Lookout finds no faults with any of them. What app is controlling them? and how do I delete them for good? Noticed them a few weeks ago and uninstalled them, a few days later they were back. Now it does it in minutes, phone is becoming unusable because AVG keeps popping up to tell me there back. Its like the Poltergeist movie 'their here!'

When I put in all my details to set up my e-mail exchange account all the contacts are deleted. I have tried a few times and ensured that the box's next to contacts calenders and reminders are not checked ( so they don't sync) but it is all still deleted. It seems I can have either my e-mail working or my contacts installed and that can't be right.

I cannot transfer my phone's Contact list either automatically or manually from my Atrix 2 to my new Toyota Camry. Any chance Motorola has a patch or software update in the works? FYI, my wife's older cellphone will allow manual transfers to the Contact list so I know its not the car's problem.
