IPhone 5s :: How To Add Reminders To Automatically Appear At The Top Of List
Aug 26, 2014
How can I add reminders to automatically appear at the top of the list (instead of at the bottom) in the Reminders app?Â
I prefer to see the most recent entries at the top of the list instead. When I ask Siri to add a reminder, they are always added to the bottom of the list. I know I can rearrange the order of each reminder individually, but this takes time and therefore it's frustrating. I am looking to automate this process instead. Is there a way to change the default sort order of the reminders list?
I can't make lists, I can't set reminders. When I ask Siri to remind me of something it says I can't create that reminder. How do I fix the app if I can't uninstall and reinstall is?
i am started to using I4s 2weeks back. i lost my warrenty papper, whenever i connected wifi to phone my contacts nos which i saved in my contacts list will automaticaly deleting( if 100 contacts is there after connect to wifi its comedown to 63.
For the last few weeks I will save a new contact and then when I go to my contact list, they are not there. But if I hand type their number in the keypad, it will pop up. Why are they not automatically showing anymore? Then a few days ago, I was messing with the settings to try to fix this and I quadrupled my contacts. Every email address I ever sent to popped into my contacts. How do I get rid of those?
It keeps deleting people off my bbm when I am not even touching it. Say I switch off my phone to goto sleep and turn it back on when I wake up it auto deletes someone off my contact list on there.
I cannot transfer my phone's Contact list either automatically or manually from my Atrix 2 to my new Toyota Camry. Any chance Motorola has a patch or software update in the works? FYI, my wife's older cellphone will allow manual transfers to the Contact list so I know its not the car's problem.
I just converted to iCloud and am using the Reminders feature on my iCal. I'm trying to find them - the remiders - on my iPhone, but can't. I have Lion on my Mac and iOS 5 on my iPhone.
I've read many, many references about how to USE the Reminders app, but I can't even find it. Where is it? Is it an iOS-included app or do I have to download it?
I had a daily recurring event with reminder notifications in my iPhone calendar. I deleted the event and all future events but I still get reminders. I even keep deleting the event when the reminder pops up but it doesn't help. When I look at the the calendar the event is not there so i don't know what to do. Anyone else run into this problem?
Are there any plans to be able to use the reminder app for call reminders? I've tried typing phone numbers in but it won't dial from the reminder. Would be good to be able to insert a contact to call.
I have done the 5.1.1 IOS update and now all my reminders have been deleted. They are not on my phone or on my computer. They were on the apple reminders app that appeared after the last software update (the one with the icon with a list and ticks/checks). My whole life was on there! Is there any way to retrieve them?
I bought two iphones yesterday and was putting in my contacts. When I saved each one on my phone, the contact saved on my partners new phone too. Obviously we have different contacts and don't want each others. Is there something I need to turn off or change to stop this happening.
Suddenly reminder notifications are not working on my iPhone 4s running ios 8.1.1. Have tried restarting phone, turning off notifications and then turning back on again etc to no avail. Any alternative app that might do the trick.Â
How do I get reminder locations to work? I have two location reminders one for leaving and one for arriving, none of them have worked yet. Background app refresh in settings has no reminder icon to toggle on or off but my Location triangle is on. What can I do?
I noticed recently that reminders I have set with Siri aren't being followed through on.  Even though siri confirms the date and time of the reminder I never get notified on my phone like I used to. I have the iPhone 5 with the older IOS 6 software, never changed to IOS 7.
When I make an entry in Calendar on Outlook 2007 I get a message that it will not show up in Reminders because it being saved in to a file that is not supported. How do I correct this issue? The appointement itself will show up on my iphone's calendar.
After setting location based reminders the locations that I used for the reminders stay in the drop down box on the map/location page. I have 10 locations stored there and I only used the app twice. Some of the location data I didn't even enter. At some point I will have hundreds of these past reminder locations stored up which will make the app difficult to use. I would like to know how to delete the location history to prevent a useless list from forming.Â
