Why is this? Everytime I look at my messages the numbers that I had stored are deleted, for a top phone this iPhone has a number of glitches. I need help on how to fix this problem is their an update available or something for it?

Last Month i have restored my iPhone with iOS 5, since then my contacts get deleted automatically. I also updated with the latest iOS i.e. 5.1 just to ensure that might be a software glitch but still i am facing the same problem.

When I put in all my details to set up my e-mail exchange account all the contacts are deleted. I have tried a few times and ensured that the box's next to contacts calenders and reminders are not checked ( so they don't sync) but it is all still deleted. It seems I can have either my e-mail working or my contacts installed and that can't be right.

I synch my adresses via icloud with my windows-outlook 2007. After changig an adress in outlook I sometines get a additional copy of it in my iPhone. And when I delete one of them, it is deleted completely in outlook and then in my iPhone too. I looked for this app of fico21soft but it is rated very badly and the translation is embarassing. I deleted my icloud account on my iphone and in doing so was asked if I wanted to delete the contact and calendars. I thought they were talking about the icloud account. But what I did not realize was they were talking about ALL contacts. I checked my desktop and all contact are deleted. How can I get my contact list back without paying apple support 29.00 with no promise of if I can get my list back.

When I go to message them it asks me to re-invite them before I can. A few of my other friends have noticed it too where they get deleted from peoples' contact lists, no one that. We're all running version 5.0.0.57 if it helps
