Apr 13, 2012i cant send file via bluetooth on my phone but can recieve.Option of sending via bluetooth is not listed in the "send" options.

Nov 25, 2011I cant send any files though Bluetooth but i can receive any !! why is it so ???? i've been a regular user of Nokia and recently i just switched on to Sony but its so weird...it aint that user friendly, we cant handle any folders, cant manage any, conclusion will be as, we are meant to use the phone as the way it is..but compairing nokia actually Nokia let the user customise the phone ! I called up service centre and the explanation what they're giving is, my version is andriod 1. something and they says because if that only am not able to send any. Now i have to update my version too...its not fair. it was said it got bluetooth but no one said we can't send any through it.

Feb 25, 2011I am unable to either receive or send any file via Bluetooth, When a another device sees me and tries to send, It asks for passcode, which i create a 4 digit, in matter of seconds it times out and looses connection. Jan 11, 2011I got a 9800 mid december. Whenever I try to download an mp3 or pdf or anything that's more than 3 or 4 mb, the download goes up to about 30% and fails. Even when streaming music, some of the song is played, then suddenly I get a message saying the wireless network connection was disconnected or something. My service provider says all BBs have a download limit of 3 mb per file

Aug 14, 2010When I got my 9800 I used DM to do the device switch from my 9000. Now all I have in my Contacts are emails addresses. No phone numbers, none!, some contacts without emails addresses are just missing, and no home addresses. I thought all that info was on my sim card? I did do a back-up, but it says the file is an IPD and it won't open.

It only does this sometimes and the connection was perfectly OK with other phones. Making calls and downloading the address book all work fine.

Aug 24, 2010I recently got the Torch 9800 and was wondering if there is a way to send a mass text out.I've already created a group in my contacts which contains about 200 members, when I try to send a text out to the group I get a message saying I can only text 10 ppl at a time.Previous BB versions didn't have this limitation, why regress? My Nokia E71 did it just fine as well on at&t.I assume it's a limitation imposed by at&t; if I were to have the phone unlocked, would it remove this limitation?Is there any way I can work around this "flaw"?Plz help, I'm addicted to this dam phone now and would hate to give it up.

Aug 12, 2010Let the guy in the store "sync" with Desktop Manager. No link through enterprise server until I can get to office computer but that's ok. I am trying to work through MSN account. But it won't receive emails, it won't send emails and it won't let me change the set up.
When I go into setup, it asks for the user name and password. I use my msn user name (inclusive of the @msn.com) and it says it is too short and must be 4 characters! It is! If I leave off the @msn.com, it says my info is wrong.
And I can't figure out how to remove the email account so I can try setting it up again.I did try to set up my gmail account - same issue.
