BB Bold :: 9650 Will Sync Addresses And Other Data But Fails To Complete The Sync With Calendar?
Jul 5, 2011I have a newly arisen problem where my BB Bold 9650 will synch addresses and other data but fails to complete the synch with calendar. The pop up message from Intellisync says "connector specific error" I have tried reloading the start up disc but no change.

Galaxy S5 :: Gmail Sync On Data On Phone
Aug 23, 2015I have Samsung Galaxy S5 and prefer to use the Gmail Android app, it works fine under wifi conditions but as soon as I switch to "data" connection it just stops. I can get around the problem by switching off the Gmail app alerts and turn on the "default" phone email app and then I get alerts as normal when out and about. As soon as I get back to wifi as soon as I turn off the default email app and turn gmail alerts back on with a few seconds I get the gmail alerts
So something somewhere is stopping gmail from receiving on "data" when I'm away from wifi..This started a few weeks ago, it seems to happen everywhere, including roaming on foreign networks.If I manually search for new mail on Gmail app it picks them up if I swipe down and then I get the mails.
I think I've checked every possible setting there is, cleared all cache uninstalled / re installed, always the same result, even rebooted in recovery mode and cleared cache

Mar 9, 2010i have an iPhone with all my music on it and apps etc. The problem i have my computer crashed and i lost everything on my computer. I restored it to factory and i just got iTunes.
My question is, if i sync to what "essentially" is a new computer will i loose everything on my iPhone? (music) In have a 8GB 3G that is j/b on 3.1.2,
Is there any way to sync and avoid loosing my music?

Mar 21, 2012I can't sync my iPhone and back up my data with my computer because iTunes says to enter the passcode into my iPhone to unlock it, but I am unable to unlock and enter in my passcode on my iPhone because the screen is shattered. I have my replacement iPhone with me and I'm not going to activate it until I can sync/get the data from my broken iPhone. I have the envelope to send my broken iPhone back to the Verizon store or whatever so that's not a problem. I just can't sync my old iPhone with my computer.

Apr 15, 2012My computer crashed and we lost the hard drive. I did back up to carbonite, but essentially it is like having a whole new computer. I need to sync my phone to my restored / rebuilt mac, but the phone will think I am syncing to a brand new computer. How do I prevent loosing the following;
1) Photo's taken on my phone.
2) Contact's on my phone
3) Calenderon my phone
My iTunes library should be OK, and I'm assuming my app's will be too. If not couldn't I just download the purchases again?

Jun 12, 2012Had my motoactv about a month. Traveled from the US to ireland. Did a successful sync of one run here. Changed the watch to local time, and did another run - now I'm getting "Fitness data sync failed." The motoactv software tells me to check the logs for more details. I do. More details = "Fitness data sync failed.". Not a very helpful 'more details'. I'm assuming this has something to do with the time change, but upon setting the time back to Eastern, it still fails.

May 20, 2012I bought the 16GB MOTOACTV, and I've been struggling for days to get it working. After countless restarts, uninstalls, reinstalls, configuration, etc., I think it finally works... except for one thing. The device fails to sync fitness data through MotoCast USB. Every time I connect, a window pops up titled "Connection Error" that says "Your MOTOACTV device cannot connect to the internet."
Of course, I've updated the device software to MA 1.6.12 N16 and Motocast to 1.2.9 (with Motcast USB at version 1.7.0151.0). and I've let everything related to the MOTOACTV through my firewall. The music sync works, and I can see all my playlists from iTunes and Windows Media Player, and I can even sync the fitness data through Wi-Fi (Settings->Wireless->Workout Sync->Sync now).
I just got done reinstalling MotoCast and MotoHelper 2.1.40 Driver 5.5.0, and that didn't help, and I've done a factory reset and tons of reboots. What else is there that I can try?
