Feb 26, 2010Every time I am on a call, I press a little too hard on my ear and it hangs up.How do I prevent this? other then not pressing as hard obviously!!

I have only seen articles referring to accessing a BES Admin screen, which I do not have.I use my own email server but I do go through the BES to get to it.Can I deploy the Remote Kill from my laptop or do I need to call Verizon or BES if my phone is lost or stolen?I have a lot of sensitive data on my device which I need on a daily basis.

1.What i am still unsure of is which phone is better suited to Canadian phone companies neither will get 3g coverage but will one work better than the other like will they both get 2.5g coverage?
2. Also i have read that possibly the 9520 will be comin to rogers but i havnt heard anything recent on it does anyone have news on a release date or anything?
3. Right now i am thinkin of buyin the storm 9550 from telus and either goin with fido or terminate my contract with them and stay with telus or move to rogers. Is there a company that is better suited to the storm 2 or will either giv me 2.5g?

Apr 10, 2010Various times a day I have to look-up a number in my address book and make the call from there.Sometimes I press the Address Book icon, press find for the keyboard to show and to type the name I'm looking for or...
Press the call button, select the address book tab and press find for the keyboard to show and to type the name I'm looking for.BUT did you know that if you press the green call-button (from wherever you are) for 2 seconds it will go right away to the address book tab on you call screen with keyboard present?
Maybe it's old news or something new in .607? Whatever it is, I'm glad I found it and I consider it very useful for my use.

Feb 20, 2010I know a thousand and one people have complained about this, and I've been scouring the internet for an hour and a half reading stories.My Blackberry Storm2 (bought yesterday) has that issue with the buttons (green call button and red end call button, at the bottom) where they just don't click properly. Sometimes it does, most of the time it's either a bunch of little clicks when pressed or it doesn't recognize at all until you press it twice or more.
Aside from that, the phone appears to work just fine, and the bottom button issue is just irritating for now.I just want to know, is it worth it to go return it for this problem? Is it going to get worse with time? I don't want to go exchange for another phone that's going to be worse off or just has the same problem, which has happened to so many people.
Does anyone have this issue with their Blackberry and have kept it with the problem and it's hanging in there just fine? Is this phone even going to MAKE IT for 1-2 years?! Anyone have positive durability stories?

But I don't want to make it incapable of using for the buyer. So how do I wipe or just clean out of phone of my info, and still have it working for him? Should I just do a wipe, and then reinstall the OS? Or will he be able to reinstall the OS when he puts it and installs the BlackBerry desktop software? How does it come when you buy it from Verizon?

Mar 22, 2010replacement phone in today and i set everything up and it is working great!! However, i realized i haven't gotten an email in a while (im normally good to get at least 3 an hour from reps in my field) So i looked into it and got on my laptop and checked. Sure enough i had 6 emails waiting there for me!! I don't know what i missed on the phone but i am not getting any emails!! I am getting notifications from facebook, MMS, SMS, and BBM but no emails from my Yahoo account.
