Feb 23, 2011I used to be able to forward emails and any memo notes from BB to some else's email but recently this function has stopped and even if I manually insert the email address it does not show "send" in menu section. If I wanted to forward an email and I put the first letter of the person's email I want to send it to, it would come up and I could just send , but now that all seems to have gone.

If I use the search application searching for the letter E for the memopad it brings up my 13 entries. I can view/edit these entries. It seems the memo pad application can not find the actual memo entries.

Jul 20, 2010I have a Blackberry Curve 8310 with a data plan and I recently did an OS upgrade using the update feature on the phone itself. However, after the upgrade I noticed that my memo pad and task data were cleared out which seems odd to me, because it spent a good chunk of time creating a backup, and after the update the core data, communication data, and calendar data remained intact. This is somewhat stressing because I had typed a few ideas out on my phone's memo pad and had not backed them up (slap on the hand for me), and now I no longer have access to them. Has anyone else had this problem? Does anyone know if this backup data might still exist?

May 14, 2012When I open iTunes my iPhone 4S will not show up as a device. I have tried the advice provided by Apple. I have gone through the iPhone Troubleshooting Assistant. That gave no solutions. I have tried the other solutions offered by Apple. I think that I have possibly identified the problem. As far as I know the Apple Mobile Device USB Driver is not installed on my computer. I have tried to install it but when I do I receive an error message. I repeat the entire error message in the following paragraph. The message appears in a dialogue box with the name: "Update Driver Software - iPhone".
"Windows encountered a problem installing the driver software for your device. Windows found driver software for your device but encountered an error while attempting to install it. Apple Mobile Device USB Driver. Access is denied. If you know the manufacturer of your device, you can visit its website and check the support section for driver software."
How can I get this driver installed? My version of iTunes is current. My PC's operating system is Microsoft Windows Vista Home Premium Service Pack 2.
