Feb 7, 2011I am unable to select or copy text from a work-related website using my Storm. A colleague is able to do so on his iPhone.

BB Storm :: It Keeps Selecting Applications When Try To Scroll Down Application Icons?
Jan 4, 2010My Storm 1 keeps selecting applications when I try to scroll down my application icons without the screen clicking in. Also when I try to type it selects the letters or numbers when i highlight them without the screen clicking. Everytime i touch the screen it selects what i touch without me pushing in on the screen.

Jan 2, 2011I have a registered username and password(have changed the password twice in order to make this work) but I CAN NOT login to the blackberry website.
I get an e-mail from rim/blackberry saying here's your temporary cookie. Put in new password. I go ahead and change it, and it says new password accepted.
Then when I go to login to Blackberry, it won't let me do it.
BB Accessories :: Scrolling And Selecting Text With A Bluetooth Mouse
Jun 23, 2011I currently have an Apple Keyboard and Magic Mouse hooked up to my Playbook. They work very well, the implementation is incredible. However, I cannot for the life of me figure out how to scroll with the the mouse. It really limits the PB since if I hook it up to my television I cannot scroll unless I have the PB near me. Has anyone gotten this to work or is this something we are hoping to get in a future update? Aslo, is there a way to select text and bring up the copy/paste menu without having to use the touch screen? I can select text by holding shift / arrow keys on the keyboard but am unable to perform any actions without having to use the touchscreen.

Dec 12, 2010i just bought myself the blackberry-branded mini keyboard for the playbook. i know i could've gone with many aftermarket ones, but i didn't want the hassle of partial incompatibility. now this keyboard has a touchpad included too. i'm starting to get the gist of how to use one finger for left-click and two fingers for right-click, etc. but what i can't seem to get is how to text using the mini keyboard's touchpad. i've looked at several Internet videos, but i see it being used in a few of those videos but no idea how they do it. i suppose i could just bring my fingers upto the screen itself and just do it that way, but that sort of defeats the purpose of having a keyboard/pad.

Jun 23, 2015I have searched high and low for a way to copy and paste text from a web site in Chrome using the Xperia z3v. I've tried a long tap, a double tap, a triple tap - nothing works.
I am able to select text, copy and paste it in a Word doc, however. There must be some way to do this on a web site in Chrome. I'm certain I am not trying to select text that is really an image. I am trying to copy text. Here is the link where I'm trying to get the text. It's a recipe. [URL] ....
Maybe I should try to get Firefox for smart phones and see if that works.

I have two email accounts setup, and when I choose 'send' from the photos gallery, it automatically selects one. I would like to change it to use the other email account, but even though I've set the one I want to use as the 'primary' account i the email and homescreen settings, it uses the other one.

The problem is that I have an iPhone 3G and it does not support voicedial so I still need to use the phone to make calls. I want to get a speaker (not headset) but was wondering if there are ones that can do voicedial internally independent of the iphone's inability to do it. Is this possible? Apr 4, 2012I spend half my time in the USA, and half in India. I currently have two phones using AT&T GoPhone service (pre-pay), and also T-Mobile pre-pay service. First question - are there any plans available where I can "stop" my plan for six months at a time, while I'm away? I would like phone service, and data, for while I'm here, and no charges at all for when I'm away.
Second question - if I purchase a new unlocked iphone from either Dubais or Hong Kong, it will come factory-unlocked. If I then want to use it on one of the service providers in the USA, do I pay the same amount as if I got their "almost free" iphone?, or do I get a discount as there's no need for them to subsidize anything? It seems to me that I'm the perfect person for using pre-pay, but AT&T doesn't seem to want an iphone on pre-pay. Are there any other options I haven't thought of yet?

Jun 2, 2014When i first got my iPhone 5c IN September last year i didnt go near the iTunes of my Pc which i used for my previous phone, 3GS.Today i decied to sync my new Iphone to the Pc Itunes and now it has wiped all my data and restored it to is factory setting.
I keep selecting 'restore using Itunes' but nothing happens and my phone keeps restoring and is stook on a black screen with 'connect to iTunes' on, and i have tried to connect it to iTunes many times.

My Storm has been deleting whole SMS conversations on it's own, when I send a few MMS, or receive a whole bunch of SMS messages.
