I have an issue with both Hotmail and Lotus Notes. Emails deleted on the Storm inbox disappear from the Hotmail / Notes inboxes but notes deleted from the Notes / Hotmail inboxes stay in the Storm inbox

For the past 3-4 days I've been having problems with emails being deleted from my handheld that I didn't actually delete. I have it set to keep messages for 30 days but emails I got on Thursday and Friday are already gone. When I deleted something else today I noticed that the saved messages I had are no longer on my handheld. I saw on another thread to increase my memory but it's currently at 39 for applications and 866 for the device.do I need more and how do I get it? If not is there something to do to?
View 5 Replies View RelatedI am having a frustrating issue on my new LG G4 H815. Any photos I take with the standard photo app appear in Google photos and the gallery. When I delete them from Google Photos, they also are erased from the gallery. BUT, the next day (about a 24 hour cycle it would seem), when I check both google photos and the gallery, the photos have repopulated. However, when I log into google photos online, those deleted photos are gone - so somehow the photos on my phone are not actually being deleted, even though appearing that way at first.
I have tried deleting from the gallery, but that doesn't seem to work either and also I WANT to delete these files across both my cloud storage on google photos and on the phone. I have also emptied the trash on google photos, but still the repopulation occurs the next day. I do have Flickr Auto-backup running, but have disabled it before with no change in result. I even bought a new SD card a few days ago because I read that could be the issue, but that has not worked. I also tried clearing the data under the media storage app to rebuild the media database.
I keep noticing a yahoo file folder in my file explorer in my phone's internal storage. Every time I delete it it comes back within a few minutes. I do not have yahoo mail installed on my phone. I think it might be attached to an app but I don't know which one if that's the case.

After years of owning a blackberry I finally switched over to a Samsung. I have configured my imap mail servers and have it working (receiving and sending). I have a question. I removed my e-mails using web-mail on a computer but the e-mails still show up on the phone. I have manually sync'd the phone multiple times and they are still there. Why this is the case (My phone shows 250+ e-mails and when I log onto web-mail, I have about 20, which is correct)?

However, if I delete an email on my iphone, it will be deleted on my computer's Outlook. When I open an email, in either place, it will show up as read in both. This is whole issue is also taking place with my iPad. I have reset my Outlook on my iPhone several times, yet it is still not sycning.

I have a storm 2 9550 on MTS Mobility running v5.0.0.517. I cannot get app world to work anymore on my phone. I have tried the suggestions on the boards and still have no luck. App world installs but when I start it it just stays on the loading screen when I try to start it.

All of my contacts have been deleted by my phone. I know it sounds nuts. I did not do anything to delete anything that I am aware of. I don't go into those things for fear of doing that. It started last week when my phone was not showing my contact name with the phone number when someone would call me. I went to go and pull up a number today and my entire contact book was empty.
I have already tried the following:
-Battery pull, waited for 15 secs.
-Checked my address book filters-both boxes are unchecked
-completed a restore,still nothing!
I have E72 and set up my Hotmail account on it. My problem is when I delete my emails via my E72, they will not be deleted from my mail box when I check my account via PC!

View 5 Replies View RelatedMy emails over 30 days are being deleted automaticallyFor my personal Gmail account on my BB, under Options, Message display and Actions, Days to Keep Messages, it's set to "forever".However my emails are only kept for 30 days, anything older would get deleted. I've tried changing the "forever" option down to 180, and 90 days, restart the phone, and change it back to "forever", however emails over 30 days are still being deleted.Does anyone else have this problem?I have 2 email accounts synced, the gmail one, and another university email (which oddly enough, does not have this issue)Btw I'm on a 9900 in Vodafone UKII was on 7.1.342 and eventually updated to .391 and the issue is still here
View 1 Replies View RelatedI am a new Blackberry user and am having a few issues with my email setup. I use Comcast email (pop3) and windows live mail as my email addresses. When I delete an email from my PC or Outlook, it does not update the handheld. I have had the phone for a week or so now and still have all my old deleted emails on it.
My settings are:
Delete On: Mailbox and Handheld
Wireless Reconcile is checked
On Conflicts: Mailbox wins.
Both email accounts are having the same issue. I receive lots of email daily and don't want to have to re-read /re-delete previously deleted emails from my handheld. Is there a setting I am missing here?
Moving from iphone 5 to S5. I set up my email accounts to the native s5 mailbox. All the emails I delete keep coming back!

View 1 Replies View RelatedSearched around for a bit, and most threads on this topic seem to be related to using BES.I had a Curve up until last week. When I delete messages in Outlook on my PC (standard POP mailbox, not Exchange), they would usually disappear from my BB within 30 minutes. Now I upgraded to a Tour last week and this is not happening, I have to delete in both places. I'm sure it is just a simple setting I am missing but can't find where it should be. I do have the reconciliation: on conflicts: set to Mailbox wins.
Other then this, really enjoying the Tour. I'll be going overseas next month so we'll see how well Verizon handles that.
I have my gmail account set up ages ago and was able to delete an email and it would ask me whether I wanted to delete it from the mailbox and handheld or handheld only etc .Recently , that option disappeared , the only option would be "delete" and "cancel" . My other email account is still running fine . I tried deleting and adding the email account again , sent service books , battery pulls , nothing is working . I made sure that the circle is shaded in when it says "sync deleted items."
