im ain.its really maing my head hurt when my bb internet service wont work. emel cant come in,my bbm is not connected,and i cant use any bb apps at all!! i jus changed the service provider from maxis to celcom. so since the celcom line was activated few days ago, that moment my bis didnt work.

i got a blackberry storm which was initially locked to vodaphone, but its been unlocked and is working fine but i cant seem to get the internet or any other internet related services on the phone to work.

It is already unlocked since I am able to use my Malaysian Digi SIM card to call and text. However, I am unable to use the internet services. I have already spoken to both TMobile and Digi to try troubleshoot but to not avail. My host routing table won't let me register. It keeps saying 'Registration message queued. It will be sent once data coverage is available.' My Blackberry services with Digi has already beem activated. I've tried restarting the phone i.e. taking the battery out. It still says GSM and not EDGE. Is there anything I can do to get my internet services to work?

Until about 2/3 weeks ago I had the blackberry for about 2 months and was working perfectly, however now it's started to have some problems with internet services.The problem is that most of the time it just won't connect to the internet anymore. Things like Whatsapp, Googlemail, The Blackberry Store, Browser, just don't work. Yet sometimes they do. For example with whatsapp, it will suddenly stop sending/receiving messages and then receive them hours later. BBM seems to be fairly consistent however.. but is just really slow sometimes.

When I contacted Service Provider 'Airtel', they told me there is some issue with RIM in providing services to 9550 which is GSM, CDMA device, in some areas of the country and they have forwarded the request to RIM. But its been over a month I have been trying to figure out the solution. My friend also got a Blackberry device, 9530 from US which is working fine everywhere in the country.
