BB Bold :: Registration Failed To Internet Services
Aug 18, 2011
I have one Blackberry Bold 9700. I can't have access to blackberry internet services, BBM etc.I check the Host routing table and there is "no entries ". I make a Diagnostic Test and I check with my provider and they said that all my profile is OK. I delete the service book and they resend it to me but nothing.
I am trying to get my phone to connect up to SIP but I keep getting error messages. I can use the same connections I am feeding it within fring without any issue, but it just won't allow me to connect using the built-in SIP client.
Can anyone offer some words of wisdom as to what might be going on? I did upgrade my firmware to some 400.x version which, may or may not have killed the deal.
I've spoken with two of my SIP providers and both of them are stumped. There are a billion reports of Nokia users having this issue. I called technical support at Nokia but they were no help at all. I think there are some language barriers that just aren't clicking.
Everything else on the phone seems just fine. Just can't connect using SIP. I would just bite the bullet and use fring for my VoIP calls but I really like how the SIP client is integrated right into the OS of the phone.
i am getting problems with my Torch 9810 and it has got to do with the BBM. on my messenger after i turned it on it gave me a message "Registration failed" and because of that my friends on my BBM cant access my pictures on the display picture.
Blackberry messenger failed to register with the blackberry messenger service. Regestraion is necessary to use the features of this application. your device time is correctly set, open the my profile screen and check the blackberry messenge regestration status.
I have been using Blackberry Desktop Manager to sync my music to my phone. It has been working fine until yesterday when I plugged it in and it read 'Music services failed to load, an unexpected error occurred'. I have rebooted both the device and my laptop and it still won't work.
It is currently impossible to register as a publisher at [URL]. In Step 5/6 - Payment, after accepting the "Payment Terms" and clicking the "Proceed to payment" -button it does not redirect me to the payment service but gives an HTTP Error 500 (Internal Server Error).
Today I bought a new Nokia 5233. it's not accepting my vodafone sim but BSNL sim is working fine. The vodafone sim is working fine in another mobile. Please suggest me to get out of the problem.
I woke up this morning, my phone was fine, I surfed the itnernet, checked my messages etc. I then got the bus to work, during the journey the connection dropped (this sometimes happens but it always comes back after 30 secs or so) after a while the phone said "sim card registration failed".I restarted the phone, no luck.I took the phone apart, removed the sim, put everything back, no luck.I put the sim in another phone, that worked.I put a different sim in my own phone, no luck.I reset the phone to factory settings then put in the sim, no luck.I restored the phone, no luck.

I know that this problem has been written all over the internet but seriously... no solution? The E71 works perfectly with other sim cards and no, it's not blacklisted. The sim card I want to use works perfectly on other cell phones like my Sony Ericsson (which I don't want to use). My E71 is not sim-locked and I do not know where to go than here! A weird thing is that the E71 can not find the operator I want to use either and the operator's net is really good on other phones.
I have recently purchased a Nokia 5800 XpressMusic phone pre-owned from a local market and when I turn it on I get "SIM Card Registration Failed" and when I try to make a phone call I get "Connection error". I have checked the IMEI using url... and it is not shown as stolen.
i am using a nokia 7390 on 3,it was working fine, but after charging the phone when i switched the phone on i got the sim card registration failed message, have tried the sim card on another nokia phone and get the same message.I last used the phone probably about 10 days ago.I have been on the 3 website but no joy, still not working.Any ideas?
I have a Nokia E72 with software version 071.004. I have some problems with it when I receive SMS messages from anyone. The following situations might happen: The SMS messages arrive delayed with more than one hour or never arrive. The phone shows a "SIM card registration failed" error message and disconnects from the network immediately after the other person sends me the SMS message. In this case I have to switch it off and on again in order for it to reconnect to the GSM network.
This is very bad because most of the times I get disconnected from the network and see it hours later. These problems appeared since the very first releases of the firmware that were running on the phone. I am sure this is not a network problem because I've put my SIM card in another phone and the messages arrive instantly. I am also sure this is not a SIM card problem because I've just renewed my SIM card and the problem is still there. So by eliminating these possible causes I can only suspect the phone!
if i don't want to get the internet services while travelling (because of the big cost) how can i discconet my blackberry bold 9700 so it won't download automatic mails and won't look for updates on the mobile internet?
I can't get my bb 9900 bold to connect for mobile internet when I tether it to my laptopI get the message initialization failedI have downloaded the latest software version for the desktopAnyone out there have the same problem and how was it resolved.
I have a nokia E5 phone which I use as just a Mail for Exchange Checker/ Bicycle GPS/Internet and general all around disposable phone. For a $40 phone it is just fantastic! It does so much for so little. I just wish nokia made their phones more apps friendly. My E5 does not have a mobile carrier phone plan since I have another phone that does that. This E5 is set up as a rough duty phone for the phone features such as sports tracker.
For the phone to work with WIFI with Mail for Exchange's auto email retreival, (since I don't have data since my phone has no service) I had to get an old expired sim card from another phone. (won't auto retreive with phone in offline mode)But the phone always displays "Sim card registration failed" and I have to click out of it constantly. Is there a way to remove that notification? I already know that it failed. It's an expired card just to get the phone to work in General mode.
I have the blackberry 9900 and want to turn off the network internet services without turning off the wifi function. My mobile carrier is vodafone and even when I am connected to wifi, my credit is being used up. How do I disable the internet function but still use wifi? When I try disabling data services, wifi doesnt connect at all?
Just bought a X2-02 Dual SIM, and have a problem:One specific SIM fails to register to the Network. This is a Swiss Orange SIMIt is recognized, I'm asked for the password, but it cannot find a network, and after a couple of minutes I get the message "sim card registration failed"This SIM works with every other phone, Dual Sim or not.I have this problem regardless from the order of the SIMs.This SIM is the only one I had this problem with, so far, in this phone.it is also the only foreign one (thus looking for an alternate network) I tried so far. The Other SIM is a Portuguese Vodafone one. It works with all the other combinations I tried:With TMN PT, or other Vodafone PT, regardless of the order of the SIMs.
I am connected to Wi-Fi but unable to connect to the internet like FB,Yahoo or other websites. My sister used to connect to wifi but now that I am using her handset, I cannot do so.
i got a blackberry storm which was initially locked to vodaphone, but its been unlocked and is working fine but i cant seem to get the internet or any other internet related services on the phone to work.
i just purchased a replacement bb bold 9000 off ebay (it's an unlocked at&t handset that i bought after my bb bold got stolen... total bummer) and it was working fine all week up until last night when it stopped being able to handle incoming and outgoing calls and texts. The internet and email functions still work which is very peculiar. also some further info, when i put my sim card into another handset (in this case a nokia e65) all my normal call functions work and when i put another sim card in the bold the same thing happens (when i try to make a call it instantly pops up with a call failed warning). another thing is the bold shows full service coverage... currently the bold about shows... v4.6.0.304 (Platform 4.0.0.247) im on australia and for some reason i cant update the os to v5
I'm having this problem: everytime I try to download ANY app on Nokia Ovi Store, it gives me message as "Download failed" and I'm getting very tired with this problem. It stopped working since I updated my ovi app a long time ago, I guess so. Oh yea, model is Nokia N97.
I tried 4 different accounts, changed different passwords, different time periods, double double checking spelling for password and user name, just couldn't sign-in to OVI store to download apps on my E72.
it always shows this msg: " sign-in failed. check your user name and password. "
I'm using Nokia 5233 and getting "installation failed" error every time i download any game from Ovi store. I have done hard reset and soft reset for phone thinking it would fix this but all in vain.
