BB Software :: Sync A Web-based Email Account?
Jul 19, 2010I can only get incoming emails.I want to sync all folders (and be able to access sent emails on my bb), and have the sent emails show up on the computer also. The email account is a web-based email (roadrunner.com), and I am not using BES.

Mar 10, 2010Blackberry9700. Email worked fine until I had to reset my password for my work account, now I can receive email via the blackberry from this account but cannot send. Send fails with "contains an invalid email address". My service provider and RIM have not been able to figure this out so far. Email account is not full, can access from a pc and send/receive. So problem is specific to the bb system.

I have read where others have had this issue, and that plain txt messages work (they do not for me) and also that you can delete the message body of the original in the reply and that works (kludgy at best) but I cant seem to delete the body of the message in the reply.

Phone is locked and asking for an Alternative Password. How can I provide a Alternative Password when I didn't set one? This is something I need to get sorted to enable me to continue trying to solve my other problem of updating my firmware that failed.I need to find an ingenious way of charging my battery other than in the phone. When I bricked my phone trying to install new firmware I also inadvertently drained my battery too and as the phone has lost the nohow of how to charge the battery I need an alternative way of doing so. I don't know of anyone that has an X10 (sad isn't it) nor a phone big enough to host my battery for charging.Hoping there's some blue peter badge wannabe's out there that can come up with something.

Apr 9, 2010I bought an Otterbox which means a battery pull for my Tour (Verizon) is a pain in the you know what. I had Quickpull until it got lost with a RIM 5.0 update. I go back to appworld and everybody is complaining about Quickpull. Are there other alternatives? Someone suggested bbhybrid in another thread. Do they help? What do they do? Do I 86 RIM software on my BB in order to use hybrid software?
