I am actually looking for the alternative way to end a call. Is there any application which allow callers to end a call from the touch screen?! I've looked and I haven't found anything (obviously).

View 8 Replies View RelatedA couple weeks ago I put a needle (needle and thread) on my phone screen for like 2 seconds, the needle rolled to the side and went between the screen and he side of the phone, as I tried to get it out it went in further and was pushed behind the screen on Saturday I took the phone a part, managed to get the needle out and put the phone back together. Once it was back together I switched it back on and now the call/menu/return and end call buttons are not working. They do click when pressed but they don't actually do anything anymore. So I retook the phone a part just to make sure I didn't snag anything or move anything to which I found I had not.

View 14 Replies View RelatedI dropped my Tour and scratched up the bezel, and made the dumb decision to replace it. Long story short, I messed up switching over the buttons, and I stripped the screw putting it back in, so there's no going back to fix it. Now, when I press the keyboard lock button, it doesn't work. I figured out that I can hold down "A" on the homescreen to lock it, but now how do I unlock it?!
And PS: DON'T CHANGE YOUR HOUSING/BEZEL! I would much rather have a dinged up bezel than the situation I'm in now. Looks like I'm stuck with this Tour 'till December. I hope that people listen to my housing advice, and not be naive and ignore others like I did!
I went to the genius bar and they sais they can't fix it.But they said I could pay $150 to get it replaced.Does this mean they will give me any iPhone I want or it must be the current type I have which is 3GS.

It wobbles loosely but however hard I do click on it it will not move! I have had my X6 for just under 6 months and the keypad lock button has snapped off. I have a protective cover on the phone and screen cover and have to admit that when I got the phone, I though it was a bad design and would eventually happen. How do I get it repaired?

Last night my iPhone 4 was updating for iOS 7.1.2 and it was working perfectly fine until it froze 3/4 of the way.
It has been stuck on the Apple logo and progress bar for over 13 hours, I tried draining out the battery hoping it would turn off then restart but even when it was on 0% it would not turn off. Been a Blackberry user since March last year, although I seem to have struck lucky with the particular blackberry I've got - my Storm2 9520 has been a catalogue of problems since the start.Anyway, last night I dropped the phone in my room, and the screen broke. Now, all that can be seen is a bizarre, inky pattern onscreen, obscuring everything bar the very bottom of the view. However, the glass screen itself is undamaged. Whenever I've looked on the internet for fixes, nearly all of them seem to deal with cracked glass screens, but my screen is undamaged - the display and what's showing up onscreen is the problem. Now, I'm not very tech-savvy, so here's my questions for you all:
1) what is the nature of this problem, i.e.. what is actually broken?
2) does my Vodafone warranty likely cover this? I've already sent the phone off once to be fixed, when the screen was not working properly and wouldn't respond properly to my button presses.
3) If no to 2), how easy would it be to affect a fix myself? Would it simply be a case of buying a new screen part and fitting it?
My Storm fell and the screen cracked and now it only displays a black screen. I am able to get it recognized with the Blackberry Destop Software but in order to fully access the device I need to unlock it, which I can't because the screen is broken. What can I do in order to access the documents that are NOTin the media card?

But after rooting i accidentally restarted my phone with a power manager app in recovery mode and now I can not connect to my phone via odin. Volume up/down to move highlight power button to select.
