BB Software :: Every Time Download The OS The File Couldn't Be Opened
Jul 29, 2010
Every time I download the OS the file couldn't be opened. It says it is corrupted. I already tried 10 time since last week! I tried upgrading the OS using Desktop Manager but it says I have the latest OS (4.6). I want the latest 5.0. Am using Vodafone AU and they have the latest one but I just can't seem to open the file!
What should I do to access word files in my media card? my Doc to go displays an error message saying "this file cannot be opened because its an RTF file"
I have an LG G3 currently running 5.0.1. A while ago, i locked some photos in my gallery, and when i try to unlock them now, it says "this file is locked by another google account and cannot be opened". Urgently trying to unlock these as they have sentimental value.
OK so I know apps can automatically to your home screen or other pages when installed. My HTC One m9 is adding apps to a side screen when they are OPENED. everytime I open an app.
My N5 will not open photos. I get a message saying "couldn't download MMS". This is starting to get annoying and I'm not sure if its a T-Mobile issue or a N5 issue.
In Windows you can set your computer to ask where to save a downloaded file. I would like the same feature on my Nexus 6 that way I don't have to download to a general file then move into the desired folder.
I have been using my Photon to record video and am starting to get tired of the 2gb or 23 minute file limit where the recording stops and I have to start the recording process again, does anybody know of a way to turn this feature off?
I have blackberry curve 8900.When I purchased it , there is OS 4.6 in it.I have updated its OS to OS 5.0. Before updating its os I can successfully able to download .JAD file but after updating its os I could not able to download .JAD file.
I have found apps that allow you to create and upload a .gpx file......but I am struggling to find an app that allows you to download a file straight from a website
I have downloaded some videos from youtube, educational purposes, and when I put them onto my SD card, I get a message stating that the video type may not be supported by my phone.... Well, it should support MP4.... any ways, move the video files onto my phone. Unplug it, and check.... Yeap, videos are playing fine. No distortion, no artifacting, no sound issues... No error messages!!!
So I plug it back in, put a few more videos on, MP4 again. Then check them again. All the videos I have put on, all play without any problems. So okay, should be good for later at work.
I get to lunch time at work, think "I'll watch some of these videos" open the folder, pick a video "Cannot play video - Unsupported file type" - WTH!?
Why is it that the videos play fine after they've been put on the phone, but after 6 - 7 hours, they suddenly become an "Unsupported file type"!! From checking the videos are ALL playing fine, to when I get on my lunch at work, my phone storage is not modified / updated in ANY way, by my input. So unless the G4 is corrupting these videos, I cannot see any logical reason for why I am having this problem.
I've got a Blackberry Curve, 8330 (v4.5.0.191) (Platform 3.4.0.62), currently have Facebook 1.9.0.28 installed, running fine. I've gotten a notification saying Facebook 2.0 is available, but I cannot download it for some reason. I go to the "Options" setting within Facebook, "Check for Upgrade," get a notification saying there's one available, etc. Click the "Yes" button to perform the update, which opens the BlackBerry Browser. The page ends up being blank. The page address is url...
Have tried various emulation modes with the BlackBerry browser, as well as trying to get -somewhere- using Opera, which is also installed on my phone with no avail. I have no cord to sync my phone to my computer and do it that way, as I moved and a few things were misplaced.I've gone through the Blackberry App World, although it shows that the newest version is 1.9.0.28, even though I know there was a recent release. My phone is entirely up to date, as far as OS and everything else goes.Is there a place I could download the .jar/.jad file directly?
I got a 9800 mid december. Whenever I try to download an mp3 or pdf or anything that's more than 3 or 4 mb, the download goes up to about 30% and fails. Even when streaming music, some of the song is played, then suddenly I get a message saying the wireless network connection was disconnected or something. My service provider says all BBs have a download limit of 3 mb per file
How do you download a web page and then copy it to a file. Could be Google Docs Microsoft Word, memo field. I want to take a web page whose font is so small, to import it into a document, and then increase the font size so I can read it?
I cannot download certain files? With music, it tries to to play the track rather than download it and epubs just wont download. About the only thing that downloads is a pdf? Videos don't even download... Its not a space issue. 4gb free on my card. Its not battery related and it's not network related. Tried on my wifi and off the phones network (vodacom LTE).
I used the XOOM stock browser, and went to a web site that provides a visitor to download a file from it's web page by clicking on the file's label. By doing so, there is an arrow downloading shown on my XOOM, but it failed afterward. I let it ran for a while and then it failed. I am not be able to download anything from any web sites.
Is there any way to get correct this problem? The work around that I did was to downloading the file to my PC (using Chrome browser), and then moved it to XOOM.
I've downloaded the trial version of Beejive and want to install it. I am using OS 4.6.1.231 and am using the latest Blackberry Desktop program (v5.0.1). The instructions to install Beejive say to connect my BB to my comp and choose the application loader to add Beejive. I then "Browse" to the alx file and click on it.Fine. I do all that and then click on "next." I then see that I will I be reinstalling all the programs that have check marks by them. I decide I just want to install Beejive only so I go back and untick the apps I want to leave alone but there is only "remove" or "install" and that unticking one would result in its removal. Is installing Beejive through BB Desktop the only way to get it to work? Is there no way to go to get a jad file and download that for an automated install?
Im trying to download an ota link directly from my phone, the result is .jad file and when i tried to install the .jad file, its failed. said that there's no .cod file. how can i resolve this?
My partner recently accidentally tried to update to ios 5.1 out of wifi and it has crashed her phone (stuck on apple logo). We have been trying for 3 days to restore her iphone 4S through itunes 10.6 (Windows). However, the download always times out and we lose DSL connection for a minute or so. I have also tried to d/l 5.0.1 and 5.0 from websites offering direct links to appldnld.apple.com and the same thing happens everytime. Usually at about 9%. I lose internet my ADLS2+ connection every single time I try to download any apple software through itunes or via direct links through multiple browsers.
I have installed the music downloads from the market place but when I try and play my download it says It cannot play that file format. How do I change this
