Apr 30, 2012I have recently change my boss's phone over from a iphone 3 to a 4.He is not techno savvy and has never used itunes before so i set his phone up on my computer and created an itunes account for him and have transfered across all his contacts from his old phone to itunes and the new phone. But he has a separate list of outlook contacts on hs computer that I now need to add. What is the best way for this?

Mar 20, 2010Brilliant phone, everything I need, a bit of a learning curve but as a business alternative to the Blackberry and Iphone I cant think of much else I'd need, and at £10-£10 a month cheaper it's got to be a worthy contender up against the other two if you can do without the fancy bells and whistles which I dont need
However I need to import a load of contacts from an excel file and Outlook, and I'm struggling to find out how to do this, can anyone put me in the right direction?
Also I'd like to use it with an external keyboard for those times when I'm in a hotel and some more lengthy emails to send, the onboard keyboard is very good, but fiddly for extensive use.
Also is there a headset with single earpiece and mouthpiece? My kids use a similar device on their x-box, it'd be useful where I have to make a succession of phone calls, the supplied headset is basic and I dont like the two little earpieces for extended work
Also can anyone recommend a basic CRM for the E72, I think the range of apps is very limited and if this is going to challenge the BB I think some more business orientated apps, not necessarily complicated, but Nokia recommended would be really useful. I've seen some CRM's suitable for the E series but no idea how good/bad they are, there seems to be very little user-reviews on them.

Aug 8, 2012I just got my new phone (Lumia 900) today and so far I love it! I transferred my music via Zune but when my old phone an N900 died I copied my contacts list onto my laptop. I have a folder of vCard files which I want to put on my new phone. I have connected via the USB cord but the phone doesn't appear on the list of drives etc. in windows explorer. For some reason it appears in devices and drivers, but I can't drag an drop into it. What I need is a similar thing to the sync option in Zune. To be clear this is my list of phone contact numbers only, not email etc.

I have also tried to d/l 5.0.1 and 5.0 from websites offering direct links to appldnld.apple.com and the same thing happens everytime. Usually at about 9%. BB Bold :: Unable To Reload Pst File After Reinstalling Outlook
May 19, 2011My computer crashed recently. I reinstalled outlook, but wasn't able to reload the pst file and had to set up a new profile. Naturally there were no contacts. I did a one way sync from my BBB to Outlook, and all contacts were restored. That was yesterday's excitement. This morning I went to do a sync, and it now wants me to ADD all of those contacts again. I certainly don't want to duplicate all of that. I rejected the sync at this point to see if any here has an idea or a solution.
