BB Software :: BIS Not Connected Properly?

I buy new Bold 9000 with 0 usage. I do correct registration with provider Telkomsel (Indonesia).Two days ago, I forgot my username for BIS account, so I try to input 5-6 username that I use commonly all around the web. Now, my BIS not connected properly, but I can login at my opertaor BIS web telkomsel.blackberry.com.What's happened?I do re-register Host Routing Table, I do hard reset (pull-out battery) for one night, but nothing changed, my BIS still not connected.

my wifi was working very well and accessed all the applications of the BB if the service was not working ,, but now it is just connected but doesn't want to access any application unless the BB service is working .

I am using Torch 9810 and I am facing problem during backing up my data through BB Desktop Software.Backup start smoothly but in the process it stops automatically and its gives Error saying "Cable is not connected Properly or make sure device is switched on".Same cable works fine while charging or transfering data from phone to pc or pc to phone.Everything works fine except the backup.

My iPhone 4s won't connect to my car head unit it comes up connected and then half way thought it comes up as not connected and when I try to connect again it come up as device is out of range even when the phone is right next to it?

My 8520 shows strong signal from my home wifi but it will not receive datafor webbrowsing and defaults to using GPRS which means cost
If I turn off gprs for data, nothing happens at all 'cannot connect to server' Wi-Fi working fine for all pcs and laptops in the house.

I currently have a curve 9300, and my service provider is Telus Mobility. I am connected to wifi and up till about 3 days ago everything was working fine, now it shows I am connected, but I can only get on internet for about 5 mins, I have to shut off all my connections then reconnect them for it to work again.

Having problems with my Xperia Ray connecting to my Jawbone. It shows it connected, and the jawbone even beeps when calls are ended. The problem is all of the phone audio is routed through the phone and not the Bluetooth.

My iPhone is on the Bell network, along with 3 other iPhones in my household. We have WiFi and the phone indicate that they are connected to the WiFi when we are in the house. However, my bill from Bell indicates several instances where the phones (all 4 at different times) are connected to the 3G network for 24+ hours at a time. Additionally, it shows the phone connected twice during that time period (as though there were 2 different sessions at exactly the same time, but with differing amount of data connected)
The explaination that Bell gives me is that there are 'minimized' applications still working on 3G even though the phone says it is on WiFi, and that each of these opens its own 'connection'My understanding of cell technology is that the phone can only access one method of Internet connectivity at a time, and that it can be explained as a 'pipe' or 'straw' carrying connectivity and all of the data. I have never heard of a phone that can access two different types at the same time, nor one that uses separate 'sessions' at the same time of either type of connectivity.
I would assume that I turn on my phone in the morning and I am in my house, it indicates WiFi, so I can browse the web, collect my email and update my Facebook on that 'session' that lasts 4 hours until I leave the house. Now my 3G kicks in and the email that I still have open now collects through the opened 3G session, as well as the page I left open downloading something.When I get to work and enter my WiFi area there, the session would then collect my email through WiFi again, and my download as well.

I've had my Blackberry Curve 9300 for about 7 months now & I've been experiencing this problem for the past 3 months. For some reason my Blackberry "chooses" the chargers that can charge it, i.e. If I use my wall charger, it randomly works, If I use my Boss' Car Charger, it works like any normal charger, I tried using my friend's wall charger, same problem as mine, then I tried another friend's Car Charger, this time it didn't work. I haven't installed any 3rd party apps apart from the usual package like facebook & bbm so I'm guessing the problem is elsewhere. The main problem is the "randomness" of my wall charger; sometimes it takes me a few minutes of pluging the charger to the usb port over & over again till the lightning sign shows that it's charging, but most of the time it takes me as much as 4hrs to get that sign to pop up, in which by that time my BB's already dead. The clock appearing at the time you plug the charger in has no effect as I press the return button every time after the clock appears, & the charging sign still isn't there. It's annoying because everytime the battery goes red are the time when I need it the most, like when I need to meet someone outside the office. I don't want to go through the inconvenience of purchasing a new phone of replacing this one as I have had lots of notes & messages that I want to keep but since there's a USB port problem, I can't even connect my BB to my laptop as it says it can't recognise the USB connection. I've tried with multiple cables as well & none can be recognised.

when the phone is turned on and you press the power/lock key, i'm not sure if i'm using the right word but, it goes into sleep mode. from that, how do you properly turn it on? do you use the power/lock key again? the menu key? the home key? the back key? i see a lot of videos in Internet showing people turning it back on with the power/lock key. is this right? i just want to make sure.
one more thing, if i have been turning it on the wrong way, does that put my phone at risk?

After updating from 5.0.2 to 5.1.1 i find that my GPS lock is not stable and always loses lock every few seconds to minutes or so. i am on the latest firmware and tried installing other countries' firmwares as well, but still can't get a stable lock.
My region is in Malaysia, i tried the France, UAE, Malaysia ROMs but still can't get it to lock properly, but the differences between these ROMs aren't the same, i travelled the same area using waze, for example, on Road A, France and UAE versions were able to lock without any problems but for the Malaysia ROM, the lock wasn't stable.

When I connect my Iphone 3gs to Wifi network and after a few minutes get out of the range of the wifi, then the 3g should work. But in my case when I turn on wifi and connect to a network and after a few minutes turn off wifi, then its not able to connect to the 3g network(Airtel-India) which is availabe and i have tested this on my android phones too, it work perfectly fine there.

I got a contract iPhone 4s with Orange UK locked with the operator. As I need to visit India and was a gift for someone I did not open the box and unlocked outside (As operator will not unlock untill 3 monthes) by just giving IMEI no.After unboxing, when we tried to use an Indian operator sim card , it did not work with the message showing please use authorised sim card. Afterwards,I tried my other O2 UK sim card which worked perfectly with configuring IPhone as it was just using first time. Now, when I am trying my Orange sim card which came with phone or any other sim card, it does not working.Shold I swith to 5.1.1 or?Does it properly unlock?

My iPhone is not playing sounds when I recieve email, iMessage, Whatssapp, watch videos or play music. It used to play the sounds until yestarday.If i put my headphones on I can hear everything but not without it. With no headphones it only play call sounds, voxer, and even I can talk. I checked the set up and it is correct.
When I press the volume button up or down it only shows the speaker image with the word "ringer" but no up and down volume bar under it. If i wear the headphones and I press the volume button the up and down volume bar shows up and work perfectly.

my iphone 3g is not charging properly. i tried using a new USB cable too. it charges for a few minutes when connected and then the plug sign appears...indicating full charge but the battery is still stuck at 20% !

My iphone 3gs isnt working properly, whenever i try to start it up it gets to the apple symbol then wait there for about ten mins then it goes to a diplay where there is no real backlight and it is just a grey screen. after sitting there for a bit (5 mins)it will turn off then trun back on and repeat the prossess ove and over for ages, i left it and it was doing it for about 3 and a half hours, at whick point it runs out on battery. if i connect it to the wall socket then i think that it will not stop ever..i cant even do a backup and move my data to another phone.

In Maps when I find a place to go to and press ok it says Waiting for GPS. And never finds it. I need to restart the phone, then it works ok, but only for one route. New navigations are not possible again.

When I use a 2.5 (who's ridiculous idea was that, anyway?) to 3.5 converter for my e71x, and have the headphones plugged in all the way, I only get audio out of the right side of the headphones. If I plug the the headphones in just before it clicks in to place, I can get audio out of both sides but since it's not fully plugged in the sound always bounces in and out. I've used multiple converters and headsets, all of which are working properly. Is this a design flaw or do I have a bad one that I need to send in for warranty repair?

I got my new e72 (fw up to date 031.023)a couple of days ago and i already found a HUGE problem with the keypad. The keys which have a number (R,T,Y,F,G,H,V,B, N and M) do not work properly!
I found that when typing at a regular speed these keys do not get registered all the time. At first i thought i was nuts and that i just "havn't gotten used to the phone yet" probably to satisfy my emotions of just having bought a completly new phone, having "upgraded" from the e71. For instance.. Without thinking please try typing these words, as you would normally with two thumbs:
I also found when the words start with a number key, everything is okay. But when you press those keys in the middle of a word, or at the end of the word they don't get registered very often (this does not happen with the e71)

I have had a problem with the email not updating properly.It only seems to pull in the emails when I connect to the internet. When I first connect, I get a the email messages coming through. If I stay connected, I don't get anymore emails.It used to always alert me when I got a new email, but now nothing happens. I have checked the settings and it says that it should automatically update every 5 mins. Even if I press send/recieve and I know I have an email that should be there, nothing shows.

I have a problem when ejecting my phone. I use windows 7 ultimate 64bit. When i try to eject it, it says that you can remove your hardware safely but when i remove my device the device says some data might be lost.When i was using XP it didn't have the problem. Is it something that i have missed?

The AP mobile app says connection error and I can't use it on the homescreen or using the actual app.Also the facebook application has an issue,if I go to anybody's profile it says "No wall posts" clearly there is a problem here. practically makes the phone useless for me and a waste of money.
